Points positifs : Appartement très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Pratique avec sa place de parking privé. A 2 min de la première station de métro. L'idéal pour découvrir Paris sans contrainte.

Points positifs : Logement spacieux et bien décoré - literie confortable - wifi qui fonctionne

Points négatifs : Vaisselles sommaires (un seul verre à vin, que des flutes à champagnes, 3 petites cuillères) - il manque des torchons à vaisselle

Decent apartment in an interesting part of Paris

Points positifs : Nice clean apartment, spacious, had everything one could need

Points négatifs : Noise from fans in adjacent building that started at 7am and stopped at 11pm; parking a little complicated.

Beautiful and clean flat in a high rise building with convenient location

Points positifs : The flat is clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. There is a free car park in the basement. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : The apartment is in a high rise building which was under renovation at the time. The signs of the building is covered, so it was a little difficult to find at first but once you are in, it’s easy to get in and out. The kettle was broken. Cutting board has been used excessively and should be replaced.

Localização mediana no meio da região chinesa, 1 banheiro e 2 quartos com garagem ( razoável)

Points positifs : O custo benefício para quem quer 2 quartos e levar os filhos é bom. A garagem bem abaixo do prédio facilita.

Points négatifs : O prédio é sujo, o apartamento tem bom tamanho mais só tem 1 banheiro e o local de tomar banho é distante do resto do banheiro. A cozinha deveria ter mais alguns itens como café e alguma coisa para quando chegamos. Muito cheiro de cigarro no corredor do prédio.

Points positifs : Location amazing, metro nearby and safe area, with supermarkets and restaurants close (Chinese neighborhood). The staff were very responsive when we needed extra towels. The check in was smooth, as well as the check out.

Points négatifs : Nothing, everything was perfect.

Points positifs : La ubicación junto a metro, el parking para coche, zona muy tranquila, y vivienda limpia ordenada y com buen gusto de decoración.

Points négatifs : El aire acondicionado es portátil y para conectarlo hay que abrir la ventana, y hay mucho ruido de las máquinas.
