Points positifs : accueil très gentil de la part de Malika . ascenseur petit mais très pratique l'emplacement proche de la station maison Blanche commerces aux alentours

Je n’hésiterais à réserver encore et encore
Points positifs : Super grand , propre et est dans un quartier très accessible. Bus , métro , restaurant tout est à proximité. De plus la propriétaire est très serviable

Logement très bien desservi
Points positifs : appartement très bien placé avec ascenseur, proche métro. La machine à laver est un plus. Malika qui nous a reçu à l'appartement a été super alors que nous étions en retard.
Points négatifs : le canapé lit du salon ne permet d'accueillir qu'une personne car très en cuvette. Impossible de dormir à deux dessus sans dormir l'un sur l'autre

Clean and cosy apartment in a great location!
Points positifs : Excellent location in a quiet area. Very conveniently located near bus/tram/subway and only a short distance to Orly airport.
Points négatifs : We couldn't turn down the heating so it was quite warm in the apartment at times. Very little essentials.

Points positifs : Everything was really good. The apartment is located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Many sights can be reached either by metro (a station is located near the apartment) or on foot (it's about a 50-minute walk to Notre-Dame). The owners were very polite and helpful, e.g., they responded to all my questions almost immediately. The apartment was clean.
Points négatifs : Everything was good and it met my expectations.

Fantastic stay at Quiet Apartment .
Points positifs : Cleanliness and usefulness. Very quiet stay .. above all the staff (the supervisor), she was simply outstanding. Very cooperative.

Ótimo espaço no 13 arrondissement, com utilidades e conforto. Tem elevador e é perto do metrô.
Points positifs : Ter elevador foi fundamental para ficar nesse apartamento no sexto andar. Tem tudo para um período confortável: máquinas de lavar roupas e louças, micro-ondas com função forno, geladeira, congelador, aquecimento. Roupa de cama e banho boas e abundantes. Facilidade do check-in, recebidos pela Sra. Malika, muito simpática. Facilidade no check-out. Apesar de ser no 13 arrondissement, que é um pouco longe, a estação do metrô é perto e bem servida pelas linhas 7 e 14. É um apartamento de quarto e sala e não um estúdio, o que é ótimo quando se precisa dormir separado, como eu que ronco alto.
Points négatifs : A regulagem dos aquecedores foi difícil inicialmente. Não conseguimos nos entender bem com os equipamentos que pareciam não seguirem os comandos, mas acabamos ficando confortáveis, mesmo em temperaturas externas negativas (-2) usando as cortinas para ajustar a temperatura interna. Como muita coisa em Paris, é um prédio antigo e o piso de madeira range, o que incomoda um pouco quando a gente vai ao banheiro de madrugada. O box do chuveiro é pequeno, desconfortável para uma pessoa mais gorda. Apesar desses detalhes, foi uma ótima estadia.

The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day, yet close to shops, cafés, and public transport. Special thanks to the hosts — they were incredibly kind and attentive! Check-in was smooth and easy, and they even provided little extras that made us feel completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee by the window — such a lovely view! 🌿☕ If you’re looking for a place that combines true comfort, calmness, and convenience — this is the one. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends! 💖
