I would book it again

Points positifs : The location was very good. Close to the metro station and to the bus station. The apartment was cozy with everything that you needed.

Points négatifs : The smell on the stairs ( although it is not part of the apartment). There were no slippers , only one used pair:(

Points positifs : So much Chinese food surroundings make me feel it's somewhere in China which it's good for us. Location is good, walk 5-10 minutes you can reach all kind of public transportation, bus, tram, MTR... We will go back...

Points négatifs : The steps is a bit narrow and got typical Chinatown smells

Points positifs : It is a very nice apartment in an interesting and lively area of Paris. Some people might find it a bit too loud. For me it was ok. The apartment is well equipped with most of the things you would need for staying a few days. The photos match well with reality. Check-in and -out were uncomplicated.

Points négatifs : Two weeks before my stay plans changed and I had to leave one day earlier. My request to shorten the stay by one night was declined. This shows little goodwill of the owner BUT to be fair, it was stated clearly in the terms that it would not be possible to change.

Nice cosy appartment

Points positifs : Very nice cosy appartment, perfect for 2 persons + child as the sofa is not very comfortable for an adult to sleep. The double bed is quite small too but ok to sleep for 2. Plenty of space and hangers for clothes. Many Asian restaurants and shops around but the street is still enough quiet to be able to sleep good. I also liked the curtains that kept the rooms dark to enable good sleep.

Points négatifs : Sofa is uncomfortable to sleep for an adult.
