Bon séjour
Points positifs : L’appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier asiatique animé avec toute sorte de restaurant aux alentours. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement.
Points négatifs : Seuls petits soucis : - il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans l’appartement mais des ventilateurs étaient à notre disposition (non suffisant lors de période de fortes chaleurs) - la porte d’entrée de l’appartement ne fermait pas bien et restait légèrement entrouverte

Bel endroit bien situé
Points positifs : Explication et guidage clair et efficace. Communication aisée. Logement bien situé, proche d'une rame de métro.
Points négatifs : Bâtiment sans climatisation et donc un peu chaud. Quelques ventilateurs disponibles (quelques-uns en panne)

Points positifs : Very nice apartment also for bigger groups in a great location. Short walk to the metro and approximately 20 minutes to the centre. Communication with the host was good.
Points négatifs : Some of the fixtures aren't the newest anymore and might need to be replaced.

Good location but to late the cack in
Points positifs : The apartment was located in a good area, close to the weather station and the bus stop.
Points négatifs : It was inconvenient that we couldn’t check in until after 4 p.m., as we had an early flight and had to carry our luggage with us for the first part of the day

Points positifs : The flat is near convenience shops and bus stops. It is clean and well-equipped. Good for large group of families. There is a lift but it is so tiny and can only fit 2 people.
Points négatifs : The pillows are small and uncomfortable. Shower temperatures are very difficult to manipulate. I had to take a shower in freezing cold water because the hot water is not working.

Points positifs : The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, no surprises. It was utterly clean and well-equipped. Beds were really comfortable. We need to do an advanced check-in, and i get an advanced solution for this. People doing the cleaning were most helpful.
Points négatifs : we could hear clearly people staying in the neighbor apartments. Heating facilities are not in reach, but there were noisy: we could hear not only in the bedroom that stores them, but also in kitchen and other bedrooms.

Departamento acogedor y bonito en Paris
Points positifs : El departamento está hermosamente decorado y con todo lo necesario para desayunar y cenar en casa. Los baños muy modernos y cómodos. El salón es amplio y la mesa muy grande. Pasamos unos día muy acogedores. Tiene la línea de metro 7 a escasos metros, la cual nos conectaba perfectamente con las principales atracciones de Paris.
Points négatifs : El baño en suite tenía feo olor proveniente del desagüe de la ducha, el olor se trasladaba al dormitorio. El sistema de apertura de puerta con código nos costó entender, el día de nuestro arrivo estuvimos probando un buen rato hasta que logramos abrir la puerta, el código hay que ingresarlo muy rápido mientras que se sostiene la puerta presionando hacia uno mismo.

Alojamiento perfecto para ir en familia
Points positifs : Alojamiento muy ámplio. Habitaciones espaciosas y camas muy cómodas, baños con ducha bastante grande y zona de estar junto a cocina muy práctica y bastante completa. Cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas. Alejada un poco del centro pero tienes a dos calles el metro. Zona muy tranquila. Buena comunicación con el propietario.
Points négatifs : Los baños olían un poco mal. El “paisaje” desde la ventanas es un tejano cercano. La tele no funcionaba.

Grande appartamento in una bella zona.
Points positifs : Grandezza dell'appartamento (3 camere e 2 bagni). Spaziosa e attrezzata la zona giorno, buoni i bagni, ottima la cucina. Ottima posizione con vicino metro, bus e negozi alimentari. Soddisfacenti le comunicazioni con il proprietario.
Points négatifs : Mancanza di appendini e mensole sia nelle camere che nei bagni. Assenza dell'armadio in una camera. Cattivo odore in un bagno. Vista sul tetto della casa vicina.
