Apartment Saint Germain des Près by Studio prestige

Have already recommended apartment and area to friends.

Points positifs : Apartment had everything we needed. Location perfect. Some of the reviews stated that the street was noisy, we stayed Monday through Thursday and didn’t notice any issues with noise at all. Wonderful restaurants and bars close by, great supermarket too.

Points négatifs : Apartment was warm but this was managed by fans.

A lovely apartment

Points positifs : The apartment is beautifully presented. It is a great size and fit our family of four really well. It was really clean and communication with the host was easy. It is in a great location - easy walk to restaurants, the metro and areas of interest. Hosts were great at accommodating an early check in when we arrived in Paris early which was really appreciated.

Points négatifs : We stayed on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. The apartment is located on a street filled with bars and restaurants, which while great for atmosphere is very very noisy until about 3am or so (the bedrooms face the street). The rubbish trucks then come about 7am if not earlier - except for Sunday which was a little later. WiFi didn’t work but the hosts arranged a small portable WiFi box to be delivered (which was good for messaging) when I raised concerns which was great.

A nice apartment, we'd stay again!

Points positifs : Great location with wonderful epicerie and amazing patisserie for breakfast. Great bus links (I don't like the metro) and not far from Seine, Louvre etc if you'd prefer to walk. Nice to have two showers and good facilities in the kitchen. A nice apartment. Kindly offered for us to leave our luggage in their offices on our last day after we checked out which was hugely helpful!!!

Points négatifs : Exceptionally noisy! On the same tiny side street as bars open into the early hours of the morning with arguments & fights. Need a second front door fob as we wanted to go out separately from our teenagers, could leave key in door safe of apartment but was a problem for front door in porch, we had to keep pressing the buzzer and disturbing people for entry. Toilet flush was already broken when we arrived so we gave it a temporary fix with a hair tie in the cistern . We reported it, I hope it is now fixed properly.

Points positifs : Central location. Spacious for 4 people. Had everything you need.

Points positifs : The location is superb, within walking distance of some fabulous bars, restaurants and the main sights. Beautifully presented, comfortable property and the hosts were so accommodating providing lots of information in the run up to the stay. Would definitely book again!

Points négatifs : Sadly the road that the apartment is located on can be quite loud with adjacent bars and the street cleaning that takes place from 4am onwards!

Points positifs : Location and space. Close to restos(recommend Marcello that is a good one) and metro. Also good communication with the staff. It is noisy but for us was not a problem.

Points négatifs : Some small improvements (mattress is a bit old), but overall was ok.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è collocato in bello stabile, molto spazioso e molto ben arredato. Dotato di diversi comfort e pulito. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e cordiale.

Points négatifs : Unica pecca: purtroppo l'appartamento è situato al primo piano in una strada piena di ristoranti e locali, frequentati fino a tarda notte. Le camere da letto si affacciano direttamente sulla strada e non hanno finestre insonorizzate. Putroppo quindi, di notte sembra di essere direttamente in strada; molto rumore e disturbo continuo di persone e pulizia strade, rendono praticamente impossibile il riposo notturno, soprattuto il fine settimana.

Prima plek, goed appartement

Points positifs : De locatie was helemaal prima, het appartement zeer geschikt voor ons doel : een paar daagjes Parijs met de kleinkinderen

Points négatifs : Rumoerig, slechte zonlichtverduistering, onhandig sleutelgebruik (er was een sleutelkluisje aan de voordeur, maar om daar te komen had je een tag nodig om een binnenpoort te openen, waardoor we toch de sleutel steeds mee moesten nemen en elke keer wat moesten regelen dat iedereen het appartement in kon).

Points positifs : Das Appartement liegt in einer Seitenstraße, sehr zentral, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die Innenausstattung ist schön, alles vorhanden. Von dort kann man schnell eine Metrostation oder Busstation erreichen. Im Markt nebenan kann man alles einkaufen, nette Bistros sind auch sehr nah.

Points négatifs : Leider fehlte ein Trockentuch zum Geschirrabtrocknen und Gläser. Eine neue Toilettenbürste wäre mal angebracht. Ansonsten alles super

Points positifs : La posizione, l'appartamento in sé molto ben arredato e accogliente.

Points négatifs : Numero di bicchieri e tazze non sufficiente per gli ospiti e rumore notturno dovuto alla vicinanza dei locali ma giustificato vista la posizione!
