Very nice place to stay in Paris

Points positifs : Location was really great - not too far away from metro, there are also good enough citiparkings and shops available nearby. Size of these apartments was quite big for Paris. Kitchen was very nice. Very good and timely support from the host by remote chat. Clear instructions.

Points négatifs : Get and return key is a bit of a quest, it wasn't difficult, but not very much straight forward. Apartments are a little bit worn out - especially in the shower zone. Cleaning needs improvements - lots of dust flakes under the bed and sofa. Also you need to place a security deposit and money back takes time.

Points positifs : Amazing large apartment in a fabulous location. It has everything you need. Very warm and cosy in the winter.

Points négatifs : It’s on a popular street so there is noise of people at bars at night. The property is suited to people also looking for night life, otherwise bring ear plugs!

Great place

Points positifs : Great location with access to everything nearby. Nicely decorated place with all you need for a good stay. Love a proper bed and not a sofa bed only. Extra towels and linen available. Very charming historic building with al modern commodities.

Points négatifs : A bit sparse concerning toiletries and t.p but convenient store close by to buy what you need so no big issue.

Points positifs : The accommodation is located in a good and safe neighborhood with easy access to transportation and also convenient, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The room is well organized and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, helpful, and very responsive.

Points négatifs : The key pickup and return location is different from the accommodation, which can be a bit inconvenient. Having it at the same location as the property would make things easier. Providing a few basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, simple kitchen condiments, would also help make the stay feel more comfortable and home-like.
