Agréable séjour dans un endroit bien localisé.
Points positifs : L'emplacement était très bien et la rue très calme. La possibilité d'être 3 personnes étaient un avantage sur l'aspect financier. La personne contact qui est venue nous remettre les clés a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour et très agréable.
Points négatifs : Bien qu'il y avait une laveuse-sécheuse, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser parce qu'il n'y avait pas de livret d'instruction qui nous aurait aidé à l\

Great location, good communication with the host
Points positifs : Fantastic location, near the Metro, good Bakery, cheese shop, deli nearby. In a quiet street and good facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and comfortable bed.
Points négatifs : The Welkeys deposit system which I felt was excessive and unnecessary

Location
Points positifs : The location was excellent for us for a four night stay. We could walk everywhere, and being so centrally located, we watched the many moods of the Seine every time we came and went from the apartment. There are many eateries nearby, and a supermarket and fruit/ veg shop, along with small independent shops that are delightful. This is all on the doorstep of the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and thoughtfully designed.
Points négatifs : As we were catching an international flight the day we left, requiring an early departure, it would have been more convenient for us and for staff to have a key box in place, permanently.

City view...or privacy.
Points positifs : The location was great, very quiet and close to lots of attractions and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were most helpful, including arranging an early check in.
Points négatifs : The windows are literally on the street, on the ground floor, so we chose to keep the shutters closed almost all the time, so the advertised 'city view' was non existent except when we were leaving the apartment.

A perfect location for a couple's retreat in Paris.
Points positifs : The location was ideal. The room is easy walking distance to Notre Dame, Ste. Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, and the Marais. While there is no Metro stop on the island, it is a short walk to multiple Metro stops, so the whole city is easily available. I fount it was easily walkable to major museums, but others may find it a bit far. Isle St. Louis is a quiet neighborhood with a handful of great restaurants and shops, but unlike more touristy locations it is calm and quiet, especially at night. This was a great little flat, perfect for a two person escape to Paris.
Points négatifs : There were no toiletries, we normally travel without those items, but we had to go grocery shopping for shampoo and soap after arrival. Also there was only one dishwashing pod so we had to wait until the last day to wash dishes. We had to leave early on our final day, and it was a bit challenging reaching the host to coordinate the hand off. In the end it worked out, but we were worried for a bit.

Excellent location, wonderful French experience.
Points positifs : The location is PERFECT! Right by Notre Dame, near all of the central stops for public transportation, easy to get to all of the top tourist venues. It was a blast!
Points négatifs : Nothing that wasn't expected. The place is small, but as advertised. They even accomodated our very early departure with leaving a lockbox, we simply had to ask, wonderful hosts!

Points positifs : agradecer a Jeremie la comunicación en todo momento. el apartamento esta en un sitio idílico. ver el atardecer en el Sena y Notre Dame no tiene precio.
Points négatifs : el sofá cama se puede mejorar bastante.
