Great location, cute and clean, but small

Points positifs : There was a lot I really liked about this place. The location is terrific, the people were friendly and responsive, and the room cute as anything, nicely-appointed, and clean.

Points négatifs : Be prepared for stairs, and rather twisty ones, up an old and slightly creaky staircase. For most people, not a problem. I have a dodgy ankle, so each trip up and down was an adventure. The room is also small. It's big enough for three or four people, but you have to really like each other a lot! The bathroom is really tiny.

Points positifs : The apartment was perfect for us. The size was great, small enough to feel 'together', large enough not to be on top of each other. Location was superb. It had everything we needed.

Points négatifs : Bathroom was small, but given the location it was understandable.

Good choice to discover the city

Points positifs : Location really top, size of the apart, comfortable beds. Apartment dans son jus and style. It was nice to have tea and coffee available in the kitchen.

Points négatifs : Bathtub is small and my dad didn’t really fit:), but that’s not the host’s fault. There was a hic at arrival, as apartment was not ready at agreed time, but we were going out right away and everything was well done when we came back in the evening

Fantastic apartment in an adorable area

Charming, authentic apartment on Ile St Louis. Location was perfect!

Points positifs : Apartment was authentic and charming! It was comfortable and beautiful. Kitchen was small but had everything you needed.

Points négatifs : There was no communication on how to access the apartment. We sent two inquiries but didn’t hear back. We called upon arrival and luckily the owner was onsite to let us in. I would have preferred a confirmation that they would meet us at the door upon arrival.

Points positifs : The property was so lovely and in a great location.

Excellent option for a Parisian visit that will make you feel like a local.

Points positifs : Very comfortable studio apartment centrally located on the beautiful Île St. Louis. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking in the Marais district, Left Bank and Latin Quarter or to Notre Dame Cathedral. Several close metro stations for easy access to all of Paris. Many groceries, fromageries and boulangerie and small restaurants nearby. This is our third stay here in the past 3 years.

Points négatifs : Il bagno piccolo, non adatto a persone particolarmente alte, ma tutto è visibile dalle foto.
