Points positifs : L'appartement est grand, confortable, très bien situé, vraiment il manquait peu de chose pour être parfait.
Points négatifs : Il faudrait juste enlever la bibliothèque dans le couloir des toilettes (très fragile), nous avions deux enfants en bas âge que nous avons dû surveiller pour éviter qu'ils ne touchent et que cela ne s'effondre. (Stressant). Enlever quelques vases et ajouter une cafetière et c'était la perfection. 😊

Points positifs : Beautiful Parisian apartment.Large,spacious,airy with beautiful tall French windows, Mirrors everywhere. Lovely art and decor giving off a classic vibe. Made our stay in Paris all the more worthwhile. There is one room with two beds the other is a sofa bed in the living room.All beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Bathroom could do with more bulbs.Shower temperature stays at 40 degrees.Knob for temperature control needs fixing. Washing machine very helpful but a dryer would be a good addition as clothes don’t dry easily otherwise. Adel from the agency was most helpful.Was there to greet us and help us with our luggage and show us how everything works. Was quick to respond to any requests and made checking in and out for us very comfortable.Thanks Adel. A tram and metro away from all the sites,this place really gave us a happy feel of Paris life and living. Will miss it.

We had a great time, and it is a convenient option for a family stay.
Points positifs : The location was good - easy access to transportation, restaurants, groceries, and more. The price was fair for what was provided. Plenty of room for family. Nice, beautiful living space with lots of artwork.
Points négatifs : The apartment needed a few more supplies. We had a difficult time finding wash cloths or paper towels to wipe up messes, and the listed dryer was not available (instead there was a drying rack, but the humidity made it ineffective - it would be fine if we had not planned on washing some clothes there). The apartment is not ideal for having younger children, due to the fragile artwork and antique furniture.

Points positifs : Красивая, просторная квартира со всеми удобствами, хорошо оснащённая всем необходимым. Рядом метро, кафе, магазины, пекарня. Мы прекрасно провели время!

Points positifs : The location was perfect. There were a few markets next to the location with plenty of splendid season fruits. Very convinient. There is a flootball field next to the flat to play on the evenings. The flat overall is spacious, bright, and comfortable. We would stay there If we come again.

Points positifs : Hermoso y la ubicación es muy buena. Linda zona, accesible. Ideal para ir caminando a todos lados. Muy cómodas las camas. El luminoso, está ordenado. Bien equipado
Points négatifs : Éramos 5 y solo nos dejaron un juego de llaves. Podrían dejar al menos 2. No funcionaba el timbre Solo como sugerencia podrían hacer otra habitación ya que es muy espacioso De todas maneras todo bien. No tuvimos ningún problema ni inconvenientes

Points positifs : Всё! Квартира в стиле французской эклектики! Очень уютно! Удобные кровати,чистое постельльное белье,достаточно полотенец, есть мыльные принадлежности, на кухне есть все от соли до масла и даже чая. Рядом трамвайная остановка и куча магазинов. Хороший агент Адель,очень пунктуальный и вежливый!!!!
Points négatifs : Жалюзи. Все же при закрытых жалюзи все же пробивается свет.

Luxuriöse Wohnung in zentraler Lage hat unseren Paris Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.
Points positifs : Freiraum und Platz für alle Reiseteilnehmer, nur ein kurzer Weg zur Metro bzw. zum Zentrum, ganz pompöser künstlerischer Einrichtungsstil, ein typisches französisches Haus
Points négatifs : Toilettenreinung war vorher nicht optimal ausgeführt
