Points positifs : L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris Très facile pour trouver le logement . Explications claires du propriétaire pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement

Points négatifs : Télévision pas de chaîne et Netflix disfonctionner heureusement nous étions rarement a l'appartement. Chaud dans l'appartement les nuits.

Points positifs : L'appartement est identique aux photos et description et très bien situé. Sécurisé, on a passé un bon séjour en famille.

Nightmare entry system

Points positifs : Superb location next to Arc de Triomphe et Champs Elysées.Clean and comfortable apartment

Points négatifs : Access to property was a complete nightmare! With my work I had to visit military bases in France and never faced this level of security......photo id and documentation had to be sent..... required to download the security app and three different passwords to enter the property!!!!!. This is a joke and for this reason I don't recommend staying here although once we got in the apartment was ok but getting a bit past its sell by date

Points positifs : Location was perfect and it was secure/safe. Modern with nice looking interior

Points négatifs : Some gadgets were not working ie oven (the management sent someone to repair but told that it was likely spoilt for a long time now and needs to be sent for repair / replacement ) aircond not working ( fan was there but this was not mentioned before the stay) Bathroom gets wet as the shower screen is not very practical. Would suggest more foot rug for the floor to avoid having to deal with a wet floor after each bath. Sofa bed a little dusty; for those with dust allergies need to be aware

Nice spacious apartment in a fabulous location

Points positifs : The place was very spacious, well equipped and is in a very good central location. It was stylish and clean and considering it’s pretty quiet.

Points négatifs : The instructions (including having to download an app), watching a video to access the apartment, et cetera is convoluted and seems excessive. The ensuite bathroom sink spouts are too long for the sink itself, and therefore every time they are turned on the sink vanity area floods and splashes you. The place could also do with having more hand and face towels - you were only given four bath towels and one hand towel for the Hall bathroom. The curtains in the lounge are not wide enough to adequately close, thus light streams in to the room in the morning - this is where the sofa bed is so they need to close properly. Also, the little window in the kitchen does not have any window dressings. The sliding glass door to the balcony doesn’t lock because two of the four locking hinges have been cracked.

Points positifs : A very well maintained and secure apartment block. The owners were very informative prior to and during our stay. Step by step guide on how to access the apartments via codes is very helpful. The location is fantastic! The washing machine and tumble dryer are a great addition to the facilities. Along with a lovely big walk-in shower and plenty of storage. Would definitely stay again

Points négatifs : Construction work was being undertaken on the building next door. As we were out all day, this wasn't an issue. However, during one night, supplies were being dropped off in the early hours. On the plus side, work did look near completion. Curtains in the living room were gappy. An addition curtain needs to be fitted to maintain privacy. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was springy and dipped in the middle.

Fabulous apartment in great location.

Points positifs : The location was excellent. Spacious apartment and very easy check in, communication process

Points négatifs : The building works were noisy but they didn’t start until 8am so it wasn’t too bad. Also the curtains in the lounge could do with being larger to block the light but neither of these are big issues.
