Points positifs : Emplacement au top à proximité de tout les centres d’intérêt. Appartement propre et chaleureux. Tout les équipements nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Literie très confortable et propre. Personnel gentil. Toute l’équipe répond vite et à toutes sortes de questions. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Ça sera notre coin préféré pour chaque visite à Paris.

Great value and perfect location for a weekend get away.
Points positifs : The location was great. 2 minutes walking to the biggest metro station the Chatelet Le Halle, easy access 3 floor shopping mall with cinema and all kind of restaurant nearby.
Points négatifs : The were construction working going on when we stayed so was bit annoying.

Points positifs : Sure! Here’s your review in English: We loved everything about this apartment! It’s not new, but it’s very cozy and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the Louvre and many other attractions. Right downstairs, there’s a lively street full of restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the metro is just around the corner. At first, we were a bit worried because of some negative reviews on Booking, but the apartment completely exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Nice Paris apartment
Points positifs : Nice traditional Paris apartment in a very central location, nearby the metro station. The apartment is old but well kept and with character. The price is decent when compared to other options in Paris. The apartment is managed by a company and they were quick in answering any questions.

Excellent location for exploring Paris.
Points positifs : The location is excellent! Just a few min walk to major Metro hubs. I like that there were plenty of towels and toilet roll, aswell as toiletries incl body wash and lotion. There was a portable ac and a fan, which where needed as it got very hot in the apartment (June, outside temp around 30C). Communication with the host went smoothly. We had some technical issues with some lights and outlets not working, but this was fixed within 24h.
Points négatifs : The place smells quite bad, like mold. With the windows open it's fine, but every evening when we came back to the apartment after having been out all day, the smell was back. The place is next door to a fire station, so loud sirens were heard very often all day and night. Bring earplugs! The toilet is in one small room and the sink and shower in another small room, which is weird. There is not a lot of room to get in and out of the shower, if you have the door to the shower room closed, so if you are too fat you wont fit. There are three doors with code locks to open to get to the apartment. Not difficult if you're a millennial, but if you're a boomer you might struggle with the technology.

Paris week
Points positifs : The place was very spacious, with good location, great ways of getting in and out. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's close to the Louvre.
Points négatifs : There were a few problems with the opening and closing the door because of the not so good Wi-fi.

Great Location & good place for small family
Points positifs : The best part of this place is 3 things 1. Location - most happening street, next to metro and RER, great options to eat & drink around 2. Communication - great communication about getting in and managing the place 3. Amenities - great for a small family with good cooking equipment
Points négatifs : Living room flooring is almost broken and there was a nail protruding out which could be quite dangerous . Hopefully it will be fixed may be it was one off

Points positifs : Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und es war total sauber. Die Lage ist genial, da sich die Wohnung in der Nähe mehrerer Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Metro und RER befindet. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
Points négatifs : Etwas störend war, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Man hört Geräusche aus dem Haus sehr gut, aber es dürfte auch die Metro unter dem Haus durchfahren, was man ebenfalls hört.
