Great apartment in a great location (and the owner is super helpful too)

Points positifs : Really lovely apartment in a great location - close to the Metro and lots of nice places to eat and drink close by. It is bright and sunny with a small balcony with a big view of St Eustache church. Owner was super helpful - gave some really nice restaurant recommendations and was flexible on check-out.

Points négatifs : It's on the 5th floor and there's no lift. Fine for me - may not be for others.

Perfect.

Points positifs : Very lovely apartment. Minimalist style. Bright and warm. Beautiful like balcony overlooking church. Quintessential Paris. Stayed with our family which included our almost 1 year old baby. Romain was so accommodating. He even purchased a travel crib for us. The space was great for a little one as there wasn’t clutter and it was very open and bright. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were great to have with a little one. Balcony was lovely. The bedroom fit the travel crib. Nice big bathroom with large shower. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. Overall it was a perfect day and Romain was very responsive and helpful to make it a special two week stay for our family.

Points négatifs : It was perfect! Very clean too.

Points positifs : This was such an amazing apartment with a great view from a lovely balcony! It was centrally located, next to plenty of food options and walking distance to so many great monuments. It was right next to a major metro hub, so getting around Paris was a breeze. Also, there was a small grocery store right across the street with great options. The space was nicely decorated, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a great shower! Romain was a fabulous host and always very responsive. We had such a nice stay, we decided to extend it and Romain was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic stay in Paris!
