Points positifs : Location. Premises. Facilities and equipments Very centrical. You are almost in the middle of Paris. A few blocks away from main museums and tourist places. Fully recommended.
Points négatifs : Just a problem with the cooking and frigidaire electricity. It was resolved in 2 days. They sent an electrician that changed the breaker. After that, no further problem. The matress should be changed in the near future

Good apt. to rest , well positioned as location, and discrete to rest.
Points positifs : I had no Breakfast included , just the rent. The size of the apt. and the facilities.
Points négatifs : To find anything in the freezer as frigo bar , with at least water of tea , coffee.. To know after that i had to pay some extra fees for taxes. Better to know it from the beginning.

Very good overall with an excellent location.
Points positifs : good exposure; not too much sun. The fan was a life saver and worked very well(no a/c). Super location across from a firehouse. When they went on a call they always waited before turning on the siren. We hardly noticed them for in 4 weeks. Metro line 4 and many buses are readily available. If your young you can easily walk to many attractions.
Points négatifs : The microwave did not automatically turn off. Had to manually monitor the cooking time. Small elevator.

It was a good stay that fulfilled my needs and offered significant advantages.
Points positifs : Location is excellent, near church, Metro stations, convenience store, walking distance to good restaurants and cocktail bars. Apartment is well-heated. Elevator was dependable. All the supplies and equipment needed for housekeeping are available. TV supplied BBC and Fox News. Manager was very helpful at a critical moment, when my airport ride was no-show at the requested time. (NOTE: Booking cabs or rides is not generally an included service. My special thanks to Legal Subito.)
Points négatifs : Toilet is hard to keep clean. Hot water is plentiful (good), but so hot that it is a safety hazard if not carefully mixed with cold before stepping into the shower. Queen-sized bed is quite low and difficult to get up from. If not sharing the queen-sized bed, there is only a sofa for the additional person, not a rollaway bed.

La posizione vince su tutto, mai avuto una casa a Parigi collegata meglio di così.
Points positifs : Posizione ECCELLENTE, difficile essere meglio collegati di così. Sotto casa negozi e ristoranti, una delle fermate di metro e treni urbani più utili, veramente il top. La cucina include microonde e bollitore. C'è un ascensore PICCOLISSIMO, ma per chi conosce Parigi, questo è un lusso raro. La foto che allego è la vista dalla camera da letto, il transetto di St.Eustache.
Points négatifs : La comunicazione con il gestore è stata piuttosto lenta. Risponde con MOLTA calma ai messaggi. Il divano letto è veramente poco comodo per due. Non c'è aria condizionata e il riscaldamento è solo elettrico.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Gemütliche Wohnung in einem tollen Quartier.
Points positifs : Die Wohnung war auch für einen Aufenthalt von vier Wochen sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch eine Essenseinladung o.ä. hätte in dieser Wohnung problemlos ausgesprochen werden können. Und die Lage, ja, die Lage. Besser geht es nicht, gerade wenn man das aufregende Leben in Paris sucht; alles quasi um die Ecke, alles auf Gehdistanz. Top. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung daheim gefühlt, habe die Ruhe nach einem quirligen Tag in Paris sehr genossen.
Points négatifs : Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung wirken gemütlich. Allerdings könnten die Matratze, gerade für schwerere Personen, und das Bettsofa ersetzt werden, sind beide doch recht durchgelegen. Die Sauberkeit auf den 2. Blick (z.B. Vorhangstangen, Duschkabine oder Hacken für Badetücher) hat Potential zur Verbesserung.
