Une location idéale dans un appartement fort agréable
Points positifs : Localisation idéale. Flexibilité, gentillesse et réactivité de Salim. Intelligence de l'agencement de l'appartement. Matériel présent dans l'appartement.
Points négatifs : Matelas de 140 cm qui pourrait être plus qualitatif. Escalier d'accès à l'appartement vétuste.

Points positifs : L'appartement propre et bien équipé est situé dans une ruelle tranquille, à proximité d un quartier très agréable, riche en restaurants, bistrots , le métro est très proche. Le propriétaire s est montré réactif à nos demandes et très arrangeant. Nous recommandons vivement.

Points positifs : Un petit havre de paix. Propre, bien situé, joliment décoré. J'ai pris grand plaisir à travailler sur le petit bureau. Le propriétaire est réactif par email et les explications pour accéder au logement sont très claires. Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour de nouveaux déplacements professionnels ou pour du loisir !

Lovely location in a brilliant city
Points positifs : Fantastic location, walking distance to Louvre, Palais Garnier, Notre Dame etc lots of bars, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Supermarket at end of road. Property is secure with keypad main entrance then key fobs to stairs to apartment. Apartment very clean and good layout
Points négatifs : Fine for us but access to the bed could be an issue if elderly or mobility issues (no room either side so have to clamber on)

Super central and it's cute!
Points positifs : It's quite small but very comfortable. Despite the apartment being located in a busy evening area with lots of bars, it wasn't very loud, you could sleep comfortably. The train stations are about 10-15min walk distance. Self-Check-in was self explanatory, quick and easy. Overall, very nice and central stay, we loved it here and will definitely come back one day!
Points négatifs : Just a tiny issue, we had to open the windows during the night because the air will start to feel and smell musty from the bathroom if you don't open the window, but because the window view is on the inner courtyard, everybody will be able to look into your apartment. We put the curtains in front of it, but because the curtains are quite thick and heavy, it defeated the purpose of opening the window.

we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for short stays
Points positifs : excellent communication from the host made access very easy. nice central location ,close to 2 metro stations near to supermarket and restaurants very well equipped and very clean perfect for a couple heating easy to operate
Points négatifs : because there is no window in the bathroom and there is a shower curtain rather than a cubicle glass door , the bathroom smells musty and the water leaks onto the floor there is an extractor which we kept on most of the time there was no visible signs of mould or damp and the bathroom is finished to a high standard of tiling etc The heater is efficient
