Points positifs : Emplacement exceptionnel très central pour les attractions principales de Paris qui nous a aussi permis de découvrir des quartiers que nous n'aurions pas visité en d'autres circonstances. Appartement très spacieux situé aux 2ème étage avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement.
Points négatifs : Le manque d'insonorisation avec les autres appartements et la cage d'escalier. Prévoir une solution de ''whitenoise'' si jamais le voisin décide de faire la fête. Sinon la rue est tranquille et nous avons bien dormis. Fournir des sac de poubelles supplémentaires et des rouleaux de papiers de toilette supplémentaires serait apprécié. Les hôtes ont très bien communiquer avec nous et sauront certainement remédier à ce petit désagrément.

Points positifs : L'emplacement, l'espace, la qualité de la literie.
Points négatifs : Indépendant de votre volonté, mais le voisin qui organise une fiesta chez lui alors que les murs sont fins nous a un peu raccourci les nuits du vendredi et du samedi

Points positifs : Great location. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Easy and friendly communication with staff.
Points négatifs : Cleaning can be better - we found several cups that were unwashed. Also the dishwasher does not seem to function properly. Neighbors can be noisy at night, especially during Friday and Saturday nights.

Wonderful airy spacious apartment in a wonderful location. 30 minutes walk to Louvre with bars and cafes on the doorstep
Points positifs : Fabulous location, airy and spacious, well fitted, good linen and clean and bright
Points négatifs : Needed some fans in the bedroom as it was 30 degrees plus in Paris during our stay.

Points positifs : Amazing Stay in the Heart of Paris! I recently stayed in Chic apartment - 2BR-6P - Center of Paris in the 2nd arrondissement and it was absolutely perfect. The location was unbeatable – within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and so many iconic Parisian landmarks. It felt like being at the center of it all! The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, and there were plenty of great restaurants just a short stroll away. Whether you’re in the mood for a cozy café or a fine dining experience, you’re covered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay – comfortable, convenient, and ideal for anyone wanting to explore Paris. Highly recommend!

Уникальная планировка, своя крыша, как домик во дворе! Чудесно!
Points positifs : Просторные апартаменты, тихая улица, отдельный вход, не было жарко даже при 34 градусах тепла, наличие посудомоечной и стиральной машин
Points négatifs : Отсутствие микроволновой печи! Для нас предпочтительнее было бы две раздельных кровати для детей во второй спальне

Excelente apartamento en el centro de París, muy bien equipado, limpio, espacioso y nuevo
Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente, hay autobuses y paradas de metro muy cerca. Muchos restaurantes cerca y un supermercado a 2 minutos andando. Se puede ir andando a muchos sitios. El apartamento está nuevo, muy espacioso, en el centro de París. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, menaje de cocina, lavadora, plancha, TV, cocina. La toallas son muy buenas y la ducha funciona a la perfección. Apartamento silencioso, muy bien aislado. Ayoub, el hospedador, ha estado muy atento con nosotros en todo momento y preocupado porque pasáramos una estancia agradable.
Points négatifs : Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento son muy empinadas y estrechas, deberían informar que no es para personas con movilidad reducida o personas mayores. Para gente que no tiene problemas de movilidad no suponen un problema.
