Nice apartment for family
Points positifs : Decent size apartment considering that it is in city center. I liked that it can accommodate up to 6 guests and it has AC which is important to some guest who are coming from middle east.
Points négatifs : There is a sound from the heater at the master bathroom which is very annoying. The lift of the building is super small that only 2 - 3 people can fit in.

Points positifs : Great location, apartment in excellent condition, great air con, great hosts. The apartment was exactly as described, and quiet and comfortable. Just an overall fantastic vacation rental. I highly recommend this apartment and Paris Autrement.
Points négatifs : I would prefer to have a keypad instead of physical keys, and not have to meet a host. It's easier for everyone, especially groups of friends trying to keep track of who has the keys. But everything else was great about our experience.

Strongly recommend this location and the property. Convenient to all you need.
Points positifs : Fabulous location, very close to public transit. Well appointed, kitchen had everything you'd need and towels/basic toiletries provided. Plus super comfortable beds and socializing space. Very quiet location in the heart of Paris.
Points négatifs : The property requires a significant credit card hold and it did take some time for it to be released. A simple FYI, be aware the elevator is rather slow so climbing the stairs in your best, fastest way to ascend/descend.

Zentrale, moderne, gut ausgestate Wohnung.
Points positifs : Die Lage, die Verkehrsanbindung, der große Wohnraum, dass die Schlafzimmer gut auseinander lagen, es ein separates WC und getrennte Bäder gab. Das hintere Schafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und WC.
Points négatifs : Nichts.

Points positifs : Fiquei 4 noites em Paris no Atelier e gostei de tudo. O alojamento corresponde exatamente ao que está descrito, muito confortável, limpo e com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. A localização é excelente, numa zona agradável e com fácil acesso a transportes, restaurantes e pontos de interesse. A comunicação foi sempre rápida e atenciosa. Recomendo totalmente e voltaria com certeza.
Points négatifs : Fiquei 4 noites em Paris no Atelier e gostei de tudo. O alojamento é confortável, limpo e bem equipado. A localização é excelente, perto de transportes, restaurantes e dos principais pontos de interesse. Recomendo totalmente e voltaria sem hesitar

Incredible place to enjoy Paris, highly recommended
Points positifs : The place is great. It's located near the Gare Lyon train station and has great metro connections. The Opera is literally right across the street. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped; the place is truly a great surprise. 100% recommended.
Points négatifs : There is nothing I could highlight as negative or need to improve.

Points positifs : Que es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Ni más ni menos. Muebles nuevos, espacio limpio y buena ubicación. Repetiremos.
Points négatifs : Ruidos en el baño de la habitación principal. Nada que no se pueda soportar, pero molestos. Creo que eran los mecanismos del agua. También había un pequeño alarma que pitaba cuando entrabas y salías del baño.

Great location; modern, clean, comfortable apartment for a family
Points positifs : Our host met us to walk us through the apartment and explain everything. He spoke great English and was very friendly. The unit is fantastic and the location is great. When we return to Paris, we would definitely consider staying here again.
