Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Points positifs : The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station is also within walking distance. The apartment has a very French style inside. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and the host provided clean towels and toiletry kits for everyone.
Points négatifs : The hot water supply does not allow two people to shower back-to-back, as the hot water runs out—possibly because the water heater is electric rather than gas. In addition, there is a shisha bar directly below the accommodation. It is fine from Monday to Thursday, but on weekends it stays open until around 2 a.m., and the music can be quite loud and affect sleep. That said, this does not take away from the great location or the overall quality of the accommodation.

Points positifs : We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées and other major attractions. A near by market within Walking distance has everything. I liked their fresh warm Baguette. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and elegant, despite being close to a lively area. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host provided clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others and consider staying here again

Lovely lovely place to stay. Beautiful apartment and great location!! We definitely want to return!
Points positifs : It was lovely…but an important note when you book this beautiful apartment!We found the property but found it hard to get in as we didn’t download the docs! I was sent the codes for the main door and a lots of other detail, but also a Google doc which I missed with other codes and details so it took me a long time to get into the property. Important to make sure all the info is read and downloaded before. Then it will be seamless! The hosts were so brilliantly responsive!

The perfect apartment
Points positifs : A gorgeous apartment on a beautiful street in a safe neighbourhood in Paris. Many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby and the Eiffel tower and Champs-Élysées in a 10min walking distance. We stayed a few nights with our children and loved our stay.

Very good, as long as you don’t have issues at night
Points positifs : The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable, WiFi works well. Kitchen has pretty much everything you would need to use during your stay. We could find a supermarket in just a 3-minutes walk, and there are also some good options of restaurants around (our favourite was Villa Sophia). Check in information is very clear.
Points négatifs : The property owner is only available for support from 9:00 - 22:00. We had an issue with the electronic lock at 23:00 and were locked outside the apartment, and no one was available to help - we called the 2 numbers we had, texted, sent a message through booking, but all in vain (also, don’t count too much with booking’s customer service on this kind of situation, they were useless). At the end, we had to come up with a solution that cost us money and caused stress. But I have to say that on the following days the property followed up with us and eventually I received a full refund - owner was understandable and agreed with the refund immediately.

Great weekend in Paris
Points positifs : Great location and large apartment, comfortable beds. Overall very nice apartment.
Points négatifs : Didn't receive instructions on how to enter and couldn't reach the host (by phone, whats-app or message), only after the check-in time had passed, we received them causing some stress. After that, everything was perfect.
