Agréable week-end...
Points positifs : L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et idéalement situé. La literie est confortable. Jolie vue sur l'église. Bien qu'à 200 m de Barbes, le quartier est calme. Très proche métro, gare du Nord et parking.
Points négatifs : Difficulté à contacter l'agence pour affiner l'heure de l'arrivée On a galéré au niveau cuisine: plaques à induction mais casseroles non compatibles fournies (heureusement, on a eu de l'aide), aucune grande casserole disponible (n'envisagez pas de cuisiner un spaghet' pour 8 personnes - on a dû aller chauffer l'eau chez le voisin), pas de coquetiers, ... Vraiment très peu d'équipements !

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, propre et bien agencé. Situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare du Nord mais dans un quartier en retrait donc calme. Literie confortable Accueil très chaleureux et attentif.
Points négatifs : Peut être prévoir quelques couvertures supplémentaires pour la mi-saison (chauffage coupé mais temps extérieur frais) Évacuations des eaux usées un peu lentes.

A great option for families and larger groups
Points positifs : This first-floor apartment is in a great location – conveniently close to Gare du Nord but also near the centre of the city, on a very quiet square with no disturbances. It's absolutely huge: the four double bedrooms are all generous sizes, and so is the open-plan living room–dining room. Everything was very comfortable for our party of six, and all of us – ages 8 to 68 – enjoyed spending time in the apartment. We'd happily stay here again.
Points négatifs : Not much. The dishwasher wasn't working properly. It didn't really affect us, but we mentioned it to the agency on departure and they promised to look into it.

Points positifs : A wonderful old style Parisian apartment. Fabulous location. Very spacious. Well equipped. Quiet! Especially as so close to Gare du Nord!
Points négatifs : Apartment is definitely in need of a refresh. Many light globes not working, doors creaked, shower corners need a scrub.

Nice apartment for a big group
Points positifs : We stayed at this apartment in Paris last weekend with my family, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, there were a few negatives to mention. Firstly, the check-in process was delayed, and we had to wait for someone to open the door for us. This was a bit inconvenient, as we expected them to be there waiting for our arrival, or at least have a key in a lockbox for us. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was very pleasant, and we would still recommend the apartment.
Points négatifs : As for the amenities, they left us a couple of bottles of water and coffee capsules, which was a nice touch. However, considering we were eight people, it would have been better if they provided enough for all of us, rather than just a few. Additionally, the fan in the apartment didn’t work, which was a bit disappointing. The WiFi wasn’t easy to access neither to share

Memorable stay.
Points positifs : Great location. Very spacious and a super communal space for getting together. Rooms were all very comfortable. Perfect for a group trip. Good restaurants nearby and close to the metro.
Points négatifs : Nothing.

Great location and ample of space!
Points positifs : Location, lots of space are the biggest pluses. Overall, the flat is a good option for tourists who need two toilets and several bedrooms.
Points négatifs : The kitchen wall had some unfinished works going on, which hadn’t been mentioned. The flat is big and cleaning could have been better. The big bathroom, although beautiful, didn’t look perfectly cleaned and the shower had significant fungus/humidity (black spots) on the ceiling.

The apartment is perfectly located for arrivals to Paris via Gare du Nord.
Points positifs : The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment is extremely spacious
Points négatifs : A number of light switches throughout the property were faulty or only worked intermittently. The dishwasher didn’t work

Paris with love and funny
Points positifs : Posizione vicino alla stazione metro e a molti ristoranti. Zona tranquilla. Appartamento molto spazioso e in buone condizioni.
Points négatifs : Livello di pulizia non proprio perfetto e alcuni armadi con qualche problema.
