Points positifs : L'appartement est cosy, propre. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. La communication avec le personnel était fluide. L'option du storage pour le bagage le dernier jour était très commode.
Points négatifs : Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble et nous n'étions pas informés. L'ascenseur a une capacité de maximum 2 personnes.

Points positifs : L'appartement est spacieux (même pour une famille de 5 personnes) et très bien situé... Tout proche des restaurants, station de métro et parking souterrain pour la voiture.. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Points positifs : L’emplacement du logement est dans un quartier animé. L’appartement était propre avec tous le matériel nécessaire pour passer un excellent week-end.

Perfect stay in the middle of Paris.
Points positifs : Location was absolutely great. Everthing within walking distance. A small appartment perfect for 4 persons (if you are not too picky someone can sleep on the couch). Clean.
Points négatifs : The top of the diningroom table is rather damaged, would look nicer if this is replaced. For the rest everthing was wonderful.

A nice central apartment for visiting Paris with family.
Points positifs : The location of the apartment in Marais was wonderful. A very lively area with shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Notre Dame, close to Metro station. Very well organised, although small space. Comfortable beds. The elevator small but extremely useful. Comfortable for a family of five grown ups.
Points négatifs : Plates and cups broken. They have to be replaced.

Points positifs : Goes without saying, a really great location. Many tourist sites nearby and amenities to cater for most needs. Plus bus & metro close by,
Points négatifs : Elevator: it was working on day 1 but thereafter not available. Stairs are steep. Single beds: mattresses are old and uncomfortable Washing machine: couldn’t find English instructions. Minor point: coffee pods ✔️ but no salt pepper etc

Lovely - would stay again.
Points positifs : Location fabulous, metro nearby, loads of shops, bistros and restaurants. Apartment nicer than in the pictures, bit worn but still lovely.
Points négatifs : It got a little cold and the heating did not work. In fairness we didn't report this so they didn't have opportunity to remedy. Lift was small but this was because of the character and structure of the building.

Fantastic location and a nice cosy unit that has everything you need for a family of 4.
Points positifs : The location is close to great restaurants and transport options. It's a cosy unit but what you expect for the location. Communication from host was very quick and obliging.
Points négatifs : There were some works going on to renovate the stairwell while we were there but there is also a small lift to use

Great Location!
Points positifs : The location is amazing! Walking distance to many great sites, attractions, coffee shops, and places to eat. In the flat, there is everything you need for a short stay.
Points négatifs : Our flat has two air conditioners, one in the lounge and one in the main bedroom, but the second bedroom lacks one. Unfortunately, both air conditioners are ineffective, and it's actually cooler to open a window. The issue is the excessive noise from the street, including construction sites, trucks, and people. We were forced to choose between the heat and the noise. We notified them on the second day, and they visited while we were out, leaving a portable air conditioner that doesn't solve the problem because it requires an open window. Additionally, we had poor communication with the flat's manager.
