Perfect apartment in perfect lication

Points positifs : What a charming apartment. I’m the heart of The Marais, we couldn’t have been more central to everything. The place was spotless and the lady looking after the place was very helpful.

Points négatifs : It’s a bit of a treck to the fourth floor 😜

Perfect location in Marais. Handy to all facilities.

Points positifs : Location was central and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and easy access to transport. Plenty of room for 4 people.

Points négatifs : Be aware of access via the stairs. Luckily, we had our adult children to assist with getting luggage up the stairs.

The perfect quiet retreat after a long day in the city

Points positifs : This place was the perfect retreat during our summer stay in Paris. The beds were very comfortable, there was air conditioning in all of the rooms and we could find everything we needed in the apartment. The communication with the staff was helpful and friendly and the checkin process with all the extra information well thought out. We enjoyed the lively neighbourhood and were so happy to find that the apartement was super quiet since it is situated away from the street.

Points négatifs : These things were no problem for us but maybe something to be aware of: The stairs to get to the apartment might not be suitable for all. The bathrooms are ensuite and have no door seperating them from the bedroom. So if someone is sleeping in the living room on the couch, they are stuck with no bathroom at night (or no privacy). No view, but we didn't mind since we mostly wanted a place to rest.

Points positifs : wonderful comfortable apartment, great kitchen area and appliances, very comfortable beds, good showers, excellent location for the metro & restaurants, great wifi, all the amenities you would want for a weekend break.

Points négatifs : Couldn't get the TV to connect in the lounge and you do need to be comfortable with stairs as the apartment is on the top floor of the most amazing building- wasn't a problem at all for us but could be for others. Renovation work was going on with scaffolding and refurb of the communal areas underway which we were unaware of but didn't cause any noise or challenges with access to and in the building.

Great location and accommodation.

Points positifs : It's in a great area! The apartment was clean and tidy and as described. The stairs might be an issue for some, but we found them endearing.

Points négatifs : Some pot plants on the window sills. It would have added to the charm of the apartment .

Points négatifs : The entrance to the apartment is unique, you could through a long hallway and climb up to the 3rd floor. Outside of the entrance, we had a great stay.

Points positifs : Brand new apartment! Spacious with very comfortable and brand new furniture! Very clean.

Points négatifs : Only thing i can say is that the sofa bed wasn’t ready and we had to prepare it ourselves

Ottima posizione, ottima comunicazione con l’host

Points positifs : Posizione ottima, comunicazione con l’host altrettanto. Appartamento come in descrizione: 2 bagni, 2 camere da letto. L’unico neo è solo salire le rampe delle scale. Occhio a scenderle, perché si rischia di scivolare in quanto strette. Proporrei di mettere qualcosa “antiscivolo” perché possono essere pericolose. Si raggiunge grosso modo tutto a piedi se vi piace camminare, ma in alternativa Parigi è ben collegata con le metro. A pochi passi, vi trovate nei pressi di Châtelet: lì ci sono vari bar e un po’ di movida per un aperitivo o anche per mangiare. Suggerisco una mensola in più nel bagno e nella doccia altrimenti non si sa dove poggiare le cose. Lavatrice funzionante con tanto di detersivo in dotazione. Riscaldamento ottimo. Suggerirei anche di aggiungere olio e sale per la cucina e un panno per le superfici, per agevolare chi pensa di cucinare. Riguardo la pulizia già ottima, magari un lavaggio tende e alla tappezzeria divano sarebbe l’ideale. Parigi è bellissima.

Points négatifs : Niente in particolare, almeno per noi che siamo giovani e adattabili.

It's Paris. What is there to say?

Points positifs : As others have expressed, the location is great. You are in the heart of Le Marais. You can walk to most of the major tourist sites and Metro Line One which gets you everywhere is a few blocks away. There is a FranPrix next door for any snacks you might need for the apartment. Places to eat and drink in every direction as soon as you step out of the apartment. The apartment is clean, quiet, well stocked, hosts are great and responsive, and the WiFi was fast and never went out once. Beds are comfortable and showers have good water pressure and hot water.

Points négatifs : As others have mentioned, the apartment could be somewhat challenging to access for a family with kids, heavy luggage, the elderly or physically challenged etc. For me (a 50 year old male) it was not a problem at all. I would mention the clothes dryer is not a USA / Canada dryer but a European dryer, so if you have a big load of laundry with denim etc. I would recommend a laundromat. The washer / dryer combo and heated towel racks work fine for shirts, undergarments etc. and it's a big plus period to even have a washer.
