Emplacement au top et hôtes à disposition pour régler rapidement les petits désagréments
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris, quartier très vivant tout en étant calme. Facilités de restauration sur place. Hôtes disponibles par téléphone à tout moment de la journée pour l’arrivée et au cours du séjour. Literie très confortable et climatisation plus qu’appréciable en cette période de forte chaleur
Points négatifs : Léger petit bémol sur l’équipement en couverts. Il en manque un peu pour manger sur place à l’occasion de séjour de plusieurs jours à 4.

Points positifs : The location is good, despite it's in the LGBT quarter. 🙂This wasn't a problem. It's near the Sena and Notr Dame - 10 min. walking and on walking distance up to 20min. from Louvre. Nearby has a lot of bakeries and restaurants, a supermarket. Metro station was on 5 min.
Points négatifs : The apartment was on the 4th floor and it hasn't elevator, so you must be prepared. It has upper apartment and the guests who rent it was noisy, and moved the furniture every time, incl. at 3 a.m. Despite all of this the apartment Is good and clean. I recommend it.

The apartment was very well set up. We appreciated the welcome gift water and snacks.
Points positifs : It was in a brilliant situation, handy to shops cafes not far to walk to Metro or the Notre Dame
Points négatifs : It was situated on the fourth floor and no lift. I don’t recall reading this when booking. However we managed to get the cases up thanks to my strong daughter.

Amazing unique property!
Points positifs : Amazing apartment in the heart of lots of restaurants and shops. Decor is fantastic and very unique plus has all facilities needed. Highly recommend and will definately be staying again

Points positifs : Beautiful modern apartment in secure apartment building. Short walking distance to Metro and Seine river. Lots of bars and cafés and restaurants nearby. As a mum travelling with kids, I loved the Washer/Dryer available!
Points négatifs : We were travelling as a family of 4, although we all fit, it was very squishy in the apartment with all 4 of us and all our luggage. But as tourists we were only really sleeping there, so it worked for us :)

Comfortable location for in the middle of the Marais
Points positifs : The location is great! There are good amenities in the apartment (dishwasher, washing machine) and the design is good. It was quiet as well.
Points négatifs : There weren’t many supplies provided (no dishwasher detergent, for example) and it’s smaller than it appeared in the photos. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no lift (that wasn’t initially clear to me).

Points positifs : L’appartamento è piccolino, ma accogliente ed è molto pulito. Abbiamo usato anche il divano letto in soggiorno e nonostante questo lo spazio a disposizione era sufficiente. Ideale per due amici che vogliono condividere l’appartamento, ma non il letto. Nell’appartamento non manca nulla. C’è addirittura una lavatrice. Si trova nel quartiere Marais ed è stato magnifico soggiornare li. Anche perché l’appartamento è isolato molto bene. Una volta chiuse le finestre non si sentiva alcun rumore. Il personale non lo abbiamo conosciuto di persona, ma eravamo in contatto tramite messaggi. Abbiamo ottenuto sempre risposte immediate e efficaci. Ottimo servizio
Points négatifs : L’appartamento si trovava al quarto piano. Il palazzo è magnifico, ma non c’è un ascensore. La scala è stretta e ripida. Ci vogliono gambe e fiato per portare su le valigie, ma ne vale la pena.
