Un très bel appartement bien situé
Points positifs : C’est grand et beau! Beaucoup de cachet. Pour un très bon prix La localisation est excellente Il y a pas mal d’ustensiles de cuisine Le lit est confortable, il serait un peu petit pour un couple Une baignoire, c’est appréciable.
Points négatifs : Quelques éléments basiques m’ont manqué : savon pour les mains, éponge, torchons, lessive, produits de toilette. C’est ennuyeux de devoir les acheter quand on reste quelques jours. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de four, on pourrait remplacer a minima le micro-ondes par un four multifonctions. La chambre est très très éclairée le matin. Le store est insuffisant Ceci dit, pour le prix, cela reste excellent.

Wonderful!!!
Points positifs : Everything is fine! Especially location! The apartments are clean and cozy. There is electric heating. The kitchen is equipped and equipped with everything you need.

Points positifs : Terrific location, close to so many of the museums etc we wanted to see...not to mention restaurants. Also, the history of the building is very interesting !
Points négatifs : The spare sofa bed was a little uncomfortable as there was a gap in the middle....but our neice just used the other one.

Points positifs : Superb location, many sights within walking distance, bars, restaurants, and good food shops nearby. The apartment is located in a lovely building. Good for an authentic stay in Paris.
Points négatifs : TV / streaming not easy to use, gave up, small thing really, but good written instructions would be useful.

A large apartment in a great location
Points positifs : The apartment is beautiful, a great size, and in a great location. We only saw George once, but he was great. There were no issues with this apartment.
Points négatifs : The three flights of stairs are narrow and a bit of a challenge to old knees.

Points positifs : Отличная квартира в старинном доме посреди квартала Маре. Сохранился камин, деревянные балки на потолке. на кухне есть всё необходимое. очень хорошо, что есть стиральная машина. В целом очень комфортно.
Points négatifs : Не очень понятно, почему нет люстры или других потолочных светильников. Окна приходится всегда держать занавешенными, так как дом напротив в 3 метрах. Пары торшеров недостаточно для освещения, особенно при плохом зрении. В большой комнате только одна батарея - зимой недостаточно. В кухне, кстати, вообще отопления нет. Если на улице минус, то на кухне около нуля.

Great location for exploring the city of Paris.
Points positifs : The location was perfect - it is walking distance to major museums (Pompidou, Louvre, D'Orsay, Notre Dame), and the major metro stop at Des Halles, Restaurants, Patisseries, and even a Lego store. We appreciated that there was a separate, master bedroom but also a space off to the side for one of the futon beds. The master bedroom windows open to the quiet, courtyard side of the building (see picture). The bathroom and shower are good-sized and there is a washing machine. There is Wi-Fi! You can login to Netflix, etc. on the TV. There are standing fans to help with the summer heat.
Points négatifs : The trade off for such a great location is street noise and some exhaust fumes when you open the windows. For such a small street it is quite active, with many emergency vehicles and motorcycles. However, you get used to it and it adds to the ambience - like the late night chatter from an art show opening four stories below us. Or the clip-clop of horses when 4 mounted police officers passed by one morning. You can see directly into the windows of neighbors across the street - but as in any big city we actively ignored each other, yet communally came to the windows to enjoy a strong downpour of summer rain. Be ready to embrace city life when you stay here. The kitchen is tiny. There are lots of stairs up to the apartment - to work off those pastries you ate.

Meravigliosa esperienza nel centro di Parigi
Points positifs : La casa è molto spaziosa e ottima per una famiglia di 4 persone. La posizione è comodissima con la fermata della metro a 5 min e le maggiori attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi in 15-20 minuti. Supermercati e vari negozi molto vicini. La camera da letto è molto silenziosa in quanto la finestra da verso un cortiletto interno. La casa è fornita di ogni confort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice-asciugatruce, freezer capiente, forno a microonde.....
Points négatifs : È posizionata al terzo piano e le scale sono piuttosto strette e ripide, direi che può essere problematica per chi ha qualche problema motorio. Il gestore delle chiavi non considera molto whatsapp, consiglio di utilizzare gli SMS standard per comunicare.

Points positifs : I met the Person at the door who kindly helped me with the luggage. They showed me and explained everything in the apartment and left me their phone number to contact them in case I needed to.
