Points positifs : We were met at the property by Victoria who handed over the keys and gave us all of the relevant information about the flat, transport links and local information, which was very helpful. She was delightful to deal with.

Great stay

Points positifs : We loved it here, great location, host very helpful and overall great stay. The flat is up two flights of stairs so may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Points positifs : location perfect. quiet street in a busy area. property itself was spotlessly clean, well stocked with essentials, comfortable beds, spacious for a family of 4 with two teenagers. much preferable to a smaller hotel room.

Points négatifs : lighting could be better - it’s quite dark and some lights were not working. but this was a small issue. everything else was great.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for our family break

Points positifs : The apartment is a beautiful apartment, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for restaurants, cafes and sightseeing. Well stocked kitchen and very helpful hosts.

Points positifs : Wonderful apartment with equally wonderful caretakers. A greeter met us to pass over the keys and give a tour - she set the tone for a great stay! House was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with unique touches all over. We loved staying in this apartment and recommend it wholeheartedly. The host was incredibly responsive and so kind - we love her apartment!

Cosy and lovely apartment in a great area

Points positifs : Lovely, beautifully appointed apartment in an 18 century building. The ground floor was beautiful with a mix of contemporary and old. It was near metro Rambouteau and bus stops and a few supermarkets and a great boulangerie and cute cafe/ pottery atelier on Rue Montmorency and of course lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We really liked Le Jackpot serving very interesting 'tapas style' food. There were unusual tastes cleverly put together and beautifully presented. The cocktails very fabulous too.Le Jackpot is 2 mins walk away from the apartment.

Points négatifs : The steps up to the apartment are quite tricky as is the spiral staircase up to the first floor so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has difficulty walking or is not particularly sure footed. There is a knack to unlocking the apartment door so make sure you can do it before you lock yourself out. The apartment is for 3 people and the bedroom on the ground floor is huge and lovely but the 2 bedrooms up the spiral staircase are very small as is the shower room.

Fantastic flat in great location and wonderful greeter and owner communication

Points négatifs : The doors on the top floor bedrooms and bathroom were very difficult to shut and I was stuck in the bathroom but luckily one of our group managed to open the door.

Points positifs : Espacioso apartamento, con 4 habs completas, 3 baños, ideal para famílias o grupos de amigos, con con cocina superequipada y céntrico, en el barrio de Marais, a 10 min de la Notre-Dame. Ubicado en edificio histórico, totalmente renovado.

Points négatifs : La estancia se situa en los JJOO, y puedo asegurar que el propietario ha mantenido una relación calidad /precio muy correcta, cosa que es de agradecer.

Points positifs : Mooi appartement met een goede ligging. Op loopafstand van diverse metrostations, centre Pompidou, Notre Dame en diverse restaurants. Goede bedden en de keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.
