Points positifs : Très belle appartement cosy lumineux et spacieux bien agencé Bien situé Des prestations intéressantes

Points négatifs : Pas très isolé, on entend vite ce qu il ce passe dehors ou dans les autres pièces

Excellent point de départ pour découvrir Paris

Points positifs : L'emplacement dans Paris est parfait pour découvrir la Capitale. Le logement, même situé au 1er étage, reste calme et est très confortable et fonctionnel. Parfait pour loger 6 personnes, avec 2 salles de bain et deux belles chambres.

Points négatifs : Les clés sont à chercher à deux minutes à pied mais les indications sont parfaites. A part la personne qui nous a remis les clés, nous n'avons rencontré personne.

Great location

Points positifs : Great Location! Very comfortable apartment with a lot of space and 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Great communication, quick responses to our questions (even at midnight).

Points négatifs : The hotel where we had to pick up/return the keys was very close by. Staff at the hotel was not very friendly.

Weekend in Paris

Points positifs : I did like the size of the apartment. The beds were big and comfortable. Additionally, we had a sofa, which was pretty comfortable, too. I also liked the clear communication and instructions from the owner. The apartment was well equipped: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hoover, ironing board, and machine. Finally, the location, which was perfect: close to the metro station, stores, and restaurants.

Points négatifs : I would prefer bigger showers and that they work well. In the kitchen, having towels to dry the dishes would be useful too.

Points positifs : This apartment is the right size for a family. Gives you extra space and seperate bedrooms. Great for retreating into at the end of a busy day exploring Paris. All modern interiors. Beds are fantastic including sofa bed. Shower pressure is great. Washing machine in 2nd bathroom, works well. Soundproof - minor noise from garbage trucks. No noise from other apartments. There is a supermarket literally around the corner. Subway literally around the corner. Every type of food and drink available in the neighbourhood. The street's history is no longer an issue. Left safe the entire time even walking home at midnight.

Points négatifs : Just watch the old stairs. Are a bit uneven - but that's the beauty of staying in an older building.

Points positifs : Perfect location, clean and neat, ideal for a family’s first trip to Paris! Very helpful and receptive hosts!

Points positifs : Entire apartment is new, clean and comfortable. The host is also helpful and flexible. The location is in city center, close to metro stations, restaurant, supermarkets and boutiques

Points négatifs : No lift in appartement which located in 1st floor, but still challenging as I came with my mother in law who’s 80 years old

Overall a good property for a large group to stay with full kitchen and comfortable beds and sofa.

Points positifs : Had to walk for 5 mins to the location given for the lockbox. Wasn’t complicated.

Points négatifs : Too much noise around the property. If you are traveling with small kids it might be an issue. Also the stairs leading up to the apartment were difficult with small kid and heavy bags. The standing shower area was too small for a large person to fit in.

Points négatifs : bathroom layout could be better - the en-suite was just a shower, no toilet (which were down the corridor)
