My first time in Paris, I like it so much with the night life.

Points positifs : Not bad. I also explore mine. I could do shopping too. Was able to get good hair and nails done. I like the fact that local markets were close by

Points négatifs : The kids didn’t like the fact that there was not enough station to watch TV. I don’t like the fact that the check out time is early

Nice location, comfortable stay. Excellent Customer Service.

Points positifs : We had a good stay and cant thank enough the property manager who helped us when we were in real trouble late night in a foreign country. We arrived into Paris and had chosen another property which was unsafe and filthy and were lucky that we found this property available. We got a confirmation as usual and when I messaged them at late night on how early can I check in telling them on my issue and I was expecting they would say sometime in the morning. To my surprise, they allowed me to check in at the night before the usual check in time as the property was available. They didn't try to take advantage and get more money as I was desperate to get somewhere. The property was comfortable for 3 of us and was very close to Saint Denis Strasbourg (which had 3 train lines). Really appreciate the kindness showed and we would definitely come back to Paris and stay here even though the arrival into there was quite bumpy!

Points positifs : Excellent location, cleanliness, all amenities - washing machine and dishwasher.

Points négatifs : It would be good if the sound insulation was better.The sound of the water from the upper neighbor is heard.

Points positifs : Abbiamo alloggiato in 3 ragazze (il nome della recensione non c’entra). L’appartamento è in un’ottima zona, piena di bar e negozi, non era pericoloso uscire la sera. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma ottimo per una vacanza, l’host lascia all’interno piccole confezioni utili per tutto (kit bagno, kit cucina, ecc…). Il posto era abbastanza pulito e dotato di frigorifero, lavatrice, il necessario per cucinare, phon per capelli, biancheria per il letto e per doccia e tutto il necessario. I letti erano comodi, anche il divano letto. È stato molto semplice accedere alla casa seguendo le istruzioni dell’host.

Points négatifs : L’unica nota negativa, ma neanche troppo è che nonostante la casa si trovi in un ottimo quartiere, la strada dell’appartamento non è il massimo, perché è piena di persone anche la sera e quindi si sente un po’ di rumore di notte dalla camera dell’appartamento.

Refúgio confortável e muito bem localizado com bom custo benefício

Points positifs : Bem localizado, a poucos metros do metrô que liga a toda Paris, aquecimento de calefação maravilhoso, cama confortável, roupa de cama excelente. Perto de supermercados, farmácias, Normal, padaria na esquina, Pâtisseries e restaurantes (tem um Bouillon a poucas quadras), shopping próximo (15 min de caminhada) , e o bairro é muito vivo, ritmo acelerado e vibrante. Anfitrião sempre muito atencioso.

Points négatifs : Um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas, mas estava claro o tamanho, outro ponto foi o barulho da vizinhança as vezes era incômodo, mas isso não tem haver com o imóvel. Fica numa rua com muitos salões de beleza e o prédio da frente tem movimentação de madrugada, as vezes carregando cargas, depende do sono de cada um.

Consigliata

Points positifs : Casa molto comoda e accogliente, per 3/4 persone va benissimo, essendo quasi in centro è molto vicina alle strutture principali da visitare e soprattutto avendo la metro a pochi metri facilità il tutto. La zona dov'è situata è molto carina ma soprattutto sicura, consigliata.

Points négatifs : L'unica caratteristica che non mi è piaciuta è quando viene aperto il divano letto che prende tanto spazio, per il resto è perfetta per un viaggetto.

Sensacional... Recomendo...

Points positifs : Bairro excelente, bem pertinho do metrô (linha 4, 8 e 9), mercado, pizzaria, fast food e apartamento muito agradável exatamente igual a foto.

Points négatifs : Único ponto, tem escadas para chegar no apartamento , como malas fica um pouco mais difícil. Mas nada impossível.

Points positifs : Muito perto do metrô. Conseguimos chegar em alguns pontos turísticos a pé. Ótima acomodação para um casal. Estrutura muito boa! Máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Não cozinhamos, mas aparentemente é tranquilo fazer refeições (embora não conseguimos abrir a janela da sala)

Points négatifs : Faltou espaço para as malas. Estávamos com nossa filha e não tinha muito espaço para 3.

Points positifs : Чудове місцерозташування, поруч метро, булочні та продуктові магазини. До Palais Royal можна дійти пішки за хвилин 20-25. Квартирка маленька, проте місця для трьох достатньо.

Points négatifs : Брудна підлога та поверхні, брудні поличці в шафі, брудний чохол на диван через який постіль на ньому теж була в пилу.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è piccolo ma contiene tutto quello che serve, la posizione è ottima siccome si trova in quartiere vivo e vicinissimo alla metro. Lo staff è disponibile, anche quando ci sono stati problemi ci ha aiutati a risolverli.

Points négatifs : La doccia scarica molto lentanente.
