Points positifs : Its location - step out into busy street, with cafes, bars, supermarket and public transport all right there. It was also quiet and secure. Had a washing machine too which was a bonus and clothes dried quickly in the rack as it was so hot in the room.

Points négatifs : It was hot in the room even with the fan. The single fold-out bed was damp.

The perfect location; we didn't expect anything more.

Points positifs : Thi is the perfect neighborhood, with restaurants all over the place for breakfast and dinner. Whenever I stay in Paris I stay in the latin quarter, and this apartment size is average (hotel rooms are even smaller than this).

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the ground floor, not the best way to get into; and the size of the room is small (but acceptable for 2 adults and 1 child).

Excellent stay, super host and amazing location!

Points positifs : The location is perfect, the host is excellent, always available and ready to help. Despite beeing in a very central and noisy aerea, being in anterior, you can sleep quietly without hearing anythig.

Points négatifs : From the pictures the studio looked a bit bigger, I'd say it's more suitable for 2 persons and not for 2 adults + 1 child as advertised, cause if you open both beds, than there is litteraly no space for anything else.
