C'est un joli appartement au cœur de Paris.
Points positifs : Les lits étaient confortables ! Et la position géographique de l'hébergement était bien !
Points négatifs : Il manquait du mobilier, une table par exemple. Et il manquait aussi du produit vaisselle, un aspirateur...

Points positifs : Très propre très bien. Silencieux malgré le lieux. Facile d'accès et expliquation précise et facile.
Points négatifs : On était plusieurs mais un seul jeux de clés donc obligé de ce synchroniser. Impossible a contacter par téléphone si jamais besoin. Et processus pour avoir les code trop long et compliqué pour une situation de travail.

Chouette pied à terre au centre de Paris
Points positifs : Localisation proches du métro, commerces et restaurants. Bon agencement de l'appartement, pratique et tout le nécessaire à disposition
Points négatifs : Un peu bruyant car juste au dessus d'un restaurant/bar ouvert jusque assez tard dans la nuit. Mais rien de trop perturbant, c'est le centre de Paris après tout...

A wonderful stay for our family — the location was perfect, close to the Opera and the Louvre, with
Points positifs : The location was excellent — within walking distance to the Opera and the Louvre, and surrounded by many great restaurants, bakeries, and pâtisseries. Although the sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival, the host quickly brought fresh sheets when contacted, which was much appreciated.
Points négatifs : A dining table would make the apartment more comfortable. The shower drained slowly, and the plug needs repair. The washing machine’s spin and drying functions didn’t work. Also, since there’s a restaurant just below the apartment, it can get quite noisy until around midnight.

Decent place but keep expectations in check.
Points positifs : Clean, exceptional service and detailed instructions. Good location.
Points négatifs : Maintenance was lacking. Heating was a bit poor. Shower cubicle leaks. Rooms are very small.. just the size for double bed. No dining table or centre table in living/dining room.

Great location and great place to catch up with old friends.
Points positifs : Great location. Near the main attractions but there is a metro close by if required. Lots of food/drink options nearby. Beds were comfy. Hosts were quick to answer questions, solve an issue.
Points négatifs : Hair dryer didn't seem to get warm. Didn't dry our hair.

Home sweet home in Paris.
Points positifs : Location is my location. I stay always in Opera area. I know the area. Renting an apartment in Paris is a good idea for me. I do not like cleaning lady to clean everyday. I prefer to sleep until late. I do not eat breakfast. I felt like that I lived in Paris. I felt like home. I love it very much. It is not luxury but it is a lovely place. The price is so cheap for nice 3 bedrooms. Home sweet home in Paris.
Points négatifs : The sink in the bathroom. The water can not disappear properly and easily. The glassses both side can not close properly.

Great location to walk to all the tourist spots. Had louvre to ourselves first morning.
Points positifs : Sent video before arrival. Plus written instructions. Worked first time, easy.
Points négatifs : Lighting downstairs a little dark.

Great location and comfortable spacious apartment
Points positifs : The apartment is in a fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants and cafes a very short walk away. There are also metro stops nearby, including the main one from the airport. We appreciated a few tea and coffee supplies for the couple of mornings we were there. The two back bedrooms were very quiet, the front room a little noisier but not bad at all considering you're in the centre of a busy Parisian area. Communication with the agents was very good, and we were able to leave our bags earlier than check in.
Points négatifs : The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat and uncomfortable. The lightbulb in the living room was so dim it may as well not have been on. Would have been awful if you were using the space in the evening. The shower cubicle leaked terribly onto the bathroom floor and needs some urgent attention!
