Points positifs : L’emplacement est parfait! L’appartement est agréable et les lits très confortable! Immeuble avec ascenseur et bien sécurisé.

Points négatifs : Le bruit de la tuyauterie qui peu réveiller la nuit

We really enjoyed our time! Obsessed with the location and made our family and friends trip incredible!

Points positifs : The location was perfection! The place is spacious (for Paris) and has everything you need. We fit 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably.

Points négatifs : The pictures make it look bigger than it is. It is spacious but not what the photos show. The room upstairs is tiny, only children could fit in it.

Fabulous family, Paris Trip

Points positifs : Fabulous for our grown-up family of 5. The location could not have been better great restaurants and close to everything we wanted to see

Points négatifs : The heating system in the building could be noisy

Beautiful, flexible accomodation in a great location. I would stay again.

Points positifs : It is just like the pictures - luxurious and beautiful apartment. It is presented in a very practical way with extras so you don’t have to go shopping as soon as you get there. 3 full bedrooms (comfy beds and hanging space in all), 1 sofa bed and 1 bed in a low ceiling mezzanine. Lots of glassware, nespresso style coffee machine with a few pods, fridge with small freezer, 1 loo with shower, 1 separate loo and 1 bathroom. 2 hairdryers. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash. Plenty of towels. Spare loo roll. Washing up liquid - everything you need for a comfy stay. Brilliant. Location also fantastic - right by Rue Montorgueil and Rue du Nil. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Taxi rank right outside. Within easy reach of most Paris attractions - many walkable. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Points négatifs : I would have put another loo with shower in instead of the bathroom without a loo or a half bath - somehow getting another loo. However we were very comfortable with the 2 loos. A sharp knife or bread knife would be good.

Beautiful spacious property in a great location.

Points positifs : Great location in Paris, with easy access to the Metro and numerous restaurants. Apartment was also more than spacious enough for a party of 5.

Points négatifs : This is not the property’s fault, but recommend ear plugs or a white noise machine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and from Thursday - Saturday the street noise can make sleeping difficult.

Points positifs : Had four great nights at the property. The place is fancy and matches its description, it’s spacious and very friendly for a family trip. The location is good, close to many metro stations, also restaurants and supermarkets are just downstairs, a bunch of clothing stores are nearby. If you want to experience a French style of living, this is the place.

Points négatifs : There is probably a pub or club close to the property, and it played loud music on our arrival day, which was Saturday. One of the rooms facing that street was affected, light sleepers may want to be aware.
