Séjour facile.
Points positifs : L'appartement est exceptionnellement décoré confortable et accueillant. Il offre une vue imprenable sur Paris dans un de ses quartiers les plus animés. Proche de tous transports et magasins sauf peut être du rez de chaussée des 5 étages sans ascenseur. Et bien sûr les merveilles de Paris vous attendent.

This real Paris apartment was like a home from home in my favourite part of town.
Points positifs : Cosy, comfortable, homely apartment with superb rooftop view over the west of Paris - great sunsets! Nicely furnished, modern shower, Wi-Fi, hi-fi. Great neighbourhood location away from the tourist trail, buses and metro stations nearby, some nice parks within easy walking distance, and plenty cafes and restaurants.

Points positifs : Awesome Stay! 🌟 I had such a great time staying at this apartment! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and some really nice restaurants 🍕🚇 Laurence was an amazing host—so friendly and quick to help if I needed anything 😊 The bed was super comfy 🛏️, the Wi-Fi was fast 🚀, and it was really quiet at night, which was perfect for chilling after a long day. 10/10 would stay here again! Thanks, Laurence! ❤️

Points positifs : This place was exceptional! We backed to Paris after 17 years but now with our 14 years old daughter and were wondering how the city was changed. We observed that Paris is still our most favourite place. What about flat? Hmmm.... It was FANTASTIC. It was MARVELLOUS. It was a VERY PARIS PLACE. This is how we imagined for this stay. Laurence, who is a host, is a very kind, helpful, and FANTASTIC person. She prepared her flat, adding the whole heart and soul with this music, books, furnitures and all details. We will come back for sure. TRULY RECOMMEND.

Points positifs : The flat was nice and clean. The location was perfect, situated close to the city centre, making it just a few minutes walk to reach downtown. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary household materials, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The housekeeper was always prompt in her response and very friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Our stay in Paris was fantastic, and we enjoyed three lovely days in the apartment. Thank you laurence!:) We would love to come back again!

Points positifs : Apartamento super iluminado, cama confortável, sofá confortável. Chuveiro funcionando bem, boa pressão da água, privada separada do box (acho ótimo), máquina de lavar roupa e louça, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Cozinha 100% equipada. Som com bluetooth para ouvir música. Padaria, supermercados, restaurantes, transporte público, farmácia: tudo que você precisar vais encontrar. Dicas: se você for numa época de mais calor tem dois ventiladores mas não tem ar condicionado, mas deve ser um apartamento quente. Caso você não suporte calor pense duas vezes. 5 andares de escada, não indicado para pessoas com problemas de locomoção. Apartamentos com vista e tão bem iluminados como esse em Paris quase sempre tem muitas escadas. Se você for passar um tempo mais longo converse com a anfitriã sobre ter um pouco mais de espaço para roupas e alguma comida que você queria comprar. O espaço é pouco mas ela é super disponível para atender aos seu pedidos.
Points négatifs : A limpeza poderia ser melhorada. De qualquer forma você terá um aspirador e outros utensílios de limpeza.
