Points positifs : Logement bien situé, aux portes du Marais, Notre-Dame et la Seine à 2 pas. Un peu sombre, mais grandes fenêtres qu'on peu ouvrir. Même si la rue est très bruyante, comme la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure, c'est silencieux pour dormir. Cuisine assez bien équipée. Lit confortable. Salle de bain exigu, mais douche correcte, eau chaude OK. Wi-Fi correct, télé aussi. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos.
Points négatifs : L'odeur d'égoût dans la cage d'escalier, pas dans l'appartement lui-même. Pas d'ascenseur et escalier très étroit. Mieux vaut le savoir. Divan assez sale et inconfortable, les coussins glissent tout le temps. Un nouveau tire-bouchon est nécessaire, les 2 qui sont là sont non fonctionnels.

Charming apartment with the ideal location!
Points positifs : The location was great. The apartment was very convenient to many tourist destinations. It also was stocked with many items to get our stay off to a great start. We loved the architecture of the apartment building. Well worth it, thanks!

Great Location and Homely Paris Apartment
Points positifs : This apartment is in a fantastic location for experiencing the Paris lifestyle, and for accessing trains (Metro+RER). So many bars, cafes, mini-supermarkets etc nearby. The apartment has great facilities for staying several days. Internet speed was great. The host was very friendly and met us to hand over the keys. NOTE: Watch out for the low ceiling on the stairs!

Points positifs : Location unbeatable and the apartment was everything we needed. Not huge but cosy with enough space and great to come back to in the evening. Great jumping off point to discover Paris. Close to everything, public transport, galleries, a stroll along the Seine and Le Marais’ lively nightlife! Thanks!

5 heerlijke dagen Parijs. Fijn om na een drukke dag sightseeing lekker op de bank te kunnen ploffen.
Points positifs : Prima locatie, vlakbij groot metrostation Chatelet, vanwaar je overal heen kan. Compleet appartement, heerlijk bed.
Points négatifs : In het trappenhuis vieze container-geur.

Prima volta a Parigi per un'esperienza fantastica.
Points positifs : Appartamento in posizione fantastica alle porte de Le Marais, a due passi dal Pompidou, Rue de Rivoli, Notre Dame, Louvre.. Vicino alle fermate metro e RER oltre che alla fermata del Bato sulla Senna e al centro commerciale Chatelet che è anche un importante snodo per i trasporti. Molto comodo e di notte, anche grazie alla politica del rispetto del silenzio delle attività commerciali e ristorazione, dopo una certa ora, si è dormito benissimo anche grazie al comodo letto. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
Points négatifs : Per salire all'appartamento al 2° piano le scale sono strette e sulla prima rampa i soffitti sono bassi, un po' difficoltoso con i bagagli, oltre ad un brutto odore che, però, non è presente nell'appartamento. Teniamo presente che comunque è un palazzo d'epoca che mantiene, nel bene e nel male, le proprie caratteristiche. Bagno un po' angusto, migliorabile con qualche modifica, ma ottima la doccia.

Points positifs : La zona è PERFETTA vicina a tutte le attrazioni più e meno conosciute di Parigi, a piedi o con la metro in pochissimi minuti! L'appartamento è arredato davvero con gusto ed è così caratteristico da farti vivere come un vero parigino! Accesso all'appartamento MOLTO EASY e vicinissimi anche ai servizi più basilari. Per info > vicinissimi arrivateci a piedi : Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, museo D'Orsay, Louvre, museo d'Orangerie. Quartiere latino. Al centro commerciale chatelet les halles TROVATE DI TUTTO!!! > in rue s.Martin è TUTTA vita ,c'é l'imbarazzo della scelta VI PREGO : andate alla boulangerie di fianco al g20 market , croissant e pain au chocolat migliori di sempre ad un prezzo così accessibile che non vi sembrerà di essere turisti. P.s. il titolare parla anche in italiano !!! > altri posti che consiglio : creperia saint honore in rue saint honore ( le crepe migliori) Rue rivoli per passeggiate TUTTI I PONTI sono magnifici. È TUTTO STUPENDO
