Points positifs : super contact et très réactif ! L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de Paris . Literie très confortable, appartement spacieux, bien entretenu et très bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Le ue des Lombards est une rue animée surtout les soirs de week-end, je conseille des petites boules-quies/ bouchons d'oreille pour ne pas être dérangé par les bruits de resto/bars.

I like this apartment

Points positifs : Location is good, apartment is light and Paris style. There are a lot of restaurants near. You can check in anytime. Disadvantage of the apartment is noise from outside, but it’s because of location.

The apartment is small but perfect for 2-4 people, with all the necessary comforts. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for preparing your own meals. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the city with convenience and style!

Points négatifs : On some days of the week, the street where the apartment is located can be noisy, even during certain nighttime hours.

Points négatifs : as it is touristy, its very noisy until 5/6am. was awoken at 8am on a sunday to heavy bass music from upstairs

Points positifs : The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast on the first day — a thoughtful touch. Although the TV wasn’t connected, we didn’t report it, so perhaps it could have been fixed easily.

Points négatifs : However, as some reviews mentioned, the nighttime noise was more than we expected. Late-night chatter and laughter, combined with the early-morning garbage and beer deliveries, made it hard to rest. The air conditioner was also quite loud, so we couldn’t use it, and with the noise outside, opening the windows wasn’t an option either — which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather.

Points positifs : 距離各景點都非常近，屋主還貼心的提供一天免費早餐，讓我們很驚喜。雖然因為行程安排無法享用但還是很感謝屋主的貼心。入住前與離開前，屋主都會熱心的協助入住與離開注意事項。我們很開心的巴黎行程留下美好回憶。
