Points positifs : The placement is really close to Louvre and Norte-Dame. There is couple of grocery shops around and a lot of bars. - If you a light sleeper I wouldn't say really suitable. There is no elevator (lift) and it's on 5th floor. There definitely wouldn't be enough space for 2 people, just for one. I did really appreciate the heater and powerful shower, water also warms up really quickly. I did put much attention to the kitchen as I didn't use it, but I do believe there NO kettle. There is also NO wifi. The beg was warm, but I wouldn't say it's comfortable 3/5. The view from the window is great, you can see Norte-Dame a bit

Points négatifs : 1. NO wifi 2. I swear it WASN'T cleaned before I arrived as the bathroom bin was full, there was a random biscuit on the floor, and some garbage around. - I don't want to know if the bedding wasn't cleaned, but it's didn't smell like anything (for example washing liquid for laundry). 3. The place is really space less, it's suitable if you staying by yourself, but definitely not for 2 people. Also a lot of random staff, such as books all in French, paintings, I also saw airpods, empty box from MOËT, etc. 4. The actual shower room looks horrid, but useable, I didn't appreciate random cleaning staff - like sponges and spays in shower tab tho, as again it's really space less, you can barely move around there. 5. It's on the 5th floor with no elevator (lift) - it's okay with me, but some people might find it difficult. 6. There are a lot of bars on the first floor of the building so it's gonna be noisy till late - again, okay with me, but there are light sleepers who might find it a deal breaker

A lovely place for a solo traveler wanting to stay in a prime location in Paris.

Points positifs : Incredible, unbeatable location with a pretty view from the window. Ignore the bad reviews. Sure, the place is a bit small and outdated but for the price and location the value is tremendous. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The instructions for checkin and checkout were simple and clear and I was even allowed to keep my bag in the room during the day after I checked out which was very gracious and appreciated.

Points négatifs : The room does get a bit hot but it’s easily remedied with some air circulation by opening the window. It is on the fifth floor, which means a lot of steps (which wasn’t an issue at all for me) but it is something to be aware of.

Points positifs : The location was amazing. If you read all the messages from the owner, everything is very simple and easy. And he replies all the message within a hour.

Points positifs : It was a wonderful place, in the city center, you can stay alone, without other people, the owner is a great person, he answered all the questions. It was clean, equipped with all the amenities, hot and cold water, a place to cook food. I recommend it to everyone
