Unbeatable location

Points positifs : Cute apartment just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, making it a hidden gem. The apartment itself isn’t new, but it's very cozy and has everything you need.

Eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung in einem neuen Gebäudekomplex, mit Pförtner.

Points positifs : Schnelle, effektive und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit diversen Tipps wo man Einkaufen oder Essen kann. Wunderbar ausgestattete Küche (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, diverse Küchenutensilien) ein sehr schönes großes Bad mit Tageslicht. Viele Spiegel lassen die Wohnung größer und noch heller wirken. Supermarkt unter der Wohnung. Generell sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittelverbindungen. (1 Fahrt 2,50€)

Points négatifs : Einige Gegenstände sind schon in Jahre gekommen, (kaputter Spiegelschrank im Schlafzimmer oder angerissene Tagesdecke, Gewürzschublade müsste man reinigen) Man sollte wissen, dass sich in dem Gebäudekomplex auch eine Schule befindet, und aktuell wurde fleißig an einer Baustelle gegenüber der Wohnung gearbeitet. Etwas weiter weg von den Museen, Theater und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die U-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten laufen sehr gut zu erreichen.

Very calm.

Points positifs : The size of the apartment was very good. Equipped with all the necessary equipment and more. The kitchen was fully equipped. Very clean and new toilet.

Wonderful location and a very comfortable apartment!

Points positifs : The location was amazing and the apartment very comfortable. Lots of windows overlooking a lovely little park and great outdoor blinds for privacy when needed. The beds and linen were great and plenty of good quality towels. The communication with Marc was perfect and his meeting us even though we arrived quite late was very much appreciated. Having an elevator was a bonus!

Points négatifs : Whilst not the fault of the owners there was some very loud construction just next door starting fairly early in the morning. It would have been good to know about this as the first morning it was quite a shock until we worked out it was the construction. Still for this location the early morning wake up was worth it.
