Studio rénové avec balcon près des Champs-Elysées

Points positifs : L'immeuble était très calme en soirée et la nuit. Le jardin de la propriété voisine qui verdissait la vue. Je n'ai pas profité du balcon car il faisait frais mais il doit être agréable au printemps et en été.

Points positifs : J’ai aimé l’emplacement, proche des Champs Elysées et dans un quartier agréable où il fait bon se promener. Le studio a un petit balcon sans vis à vis qui donne sur un peu de verdure. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et attentionnés, je les en remercie

Points positifs : We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris! The location is perfect — close to great cafés, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was warm, responsive, generous, and very easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We felt completely at home here. We would absolutely stay again and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris!

Points positifs : The location of this charming room is just perfect! Most of the attractions in the city are in walking distance. (If you like to walk). If you don't, there is Metro station not far away, that connects you with the whole city. More about the room: Perfectly clean, everything was brand new inside and the whole interior is modern and tasty. I liked the property when I saw the pictures and can guarantee, that everything looks there exactly as it is! Will recommend to my friends too!

Points négatifs : The only problem we had was with the locking device inside. Anyway, after nice communication with the owner, this will be corrected for the next guests.

Super Unterkunft für eine Stadtreise nach Paris

Points positifs : Die Lage war wirklich toll - es war ruhig - obwohl es etwas eng war, war es eine gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Paris - es war auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Points positifs : The hosts were incredibly helpful for the full duration of my stay, including self key pick-up when my arrival to Paris was delayed. The space is very thoughtfully crafted, with every amenity expertly placed within a small space without feeling overwhelming. Appliances and fixtures are clearly new and work super well! The location is also unbeatable, walking distance to major attractions.

Points négatifs : Hot water may take a while to come, but this is pretty negligible compared to the positives.
