Un appartement agréable pour ceux qui aiment les Champs Elysées et la rue du Fb Saint-Honoré
Points positifs : L'emplacement à proximité de l'hôtel de Rotschild, des Champs Elysées, de la place des Ternes et du Parc Monceau. La literie. Le charme de l'appartement. La réactivité de l'agence quand on l'appelle.
Points négatifs : L'emplacement de la boîte à clefs à l'arrivée qui n'est pas évident à trouver la première fois (sauf s'il a été modifié depuis). La peinture pourrait être rafraichie par endroits. La douche est un peu exigüe pour les grands gabarits

great stay!
Points positifs : it was clean, tidy, kitchen supplies utensils cleaning materials everything was provided. location is great its 10mn walk to arc de triomphe, champs elysees, metro and bus stations, great. not too loud, not ceeepy ?there was a police place super closeby) and many supermarkets closeby witha franprix literally next door. had a giant tv and netflix and all thay.t was great. felt like home.
Points négatifs : it was too tiny for my taste to stay wiith friends. and too many mosquitos.

In general we liked our staying. Next time I would come back with pleasure.
Points positifs : Location . The very heart of Paris . Self check in. Balcony. Quite comfortable beds. Kitchen equipment.
Points négatifs : I gave 😀 for everything, although the cleaners should pay more attention to washing the floor. Dust and furry balls are under the bed and behind the armchair. No soap or hand washing liquid.

Simple but enough for a great time in Paris
Points positifs : The hoster was very amable and sent message informing if necessary I could let my luggage at the apparent before check in time.
Points négatifs : I bit noise during the night. If they could put doble glass at the door the appartament would be perfect.

Points positifs : Its same with the pictures but its not exactly in the champs elysees you can arrive champs elysees with 10/15 minutes walking.
Points négatifs : You need to buy hand soap shampoo and other stuffs.

Comfortable, safe, and beautiful
Points positifs : The hosts have made the experience so smooth... from the video about how to get the keys, to the well-stocked apartment that has a kettle, a fridge, a place to wash your dishes, extra towels and bathroom products... it's very smartly put together, AND they're helpful and super responsive in case you have any extra questions! You get to stay in the heart of one of the most happening places in the city, and the accessibility via cabs / train / electric scooter is fabulous, so you can walk over to stores for shopping, numerous cafes, and even cinemas and cabarets. It's honestly a fab spot. The place is clean and spacious!
Points négatifs : Literally the only downside to this property is that there isn't any view.- but that would only matter if it's a long stay where you expect to spend a lot of time in your room rather than roam around the city. And because the space the other apartments are just a stone's throw away, you tend to be able to hear their Netflix shows.

Points positifs : Estaba limpio y era amplio y ventilable . Muy bueno el super al lado y panadería en la esquina, linda zona.

Good appt for 2-3 people
Points positifs : Good location. A few boulangeries close by, 2 minimarkets very close, Fanprix and Carrefour. A few restaurants within walking distance, very convenient for a brunch or a nightcap. Bus stop in front of the building. 30 min walk to Eiffel tower and 15 min to Champs Elysees. Small balcony to enjoy a drink. A bit noisy during the day but very quiet at night.
Points négatifs : No AC. Shower cabin very small. Bathroom itself is small. A bit confusing to find the appartment. Follow instructions 100%. Do not take the other lift :) (I was unable to access the intructions video due to my phone settings and i tried to find the appartment by what i remembered. Mistake. I went to the wrong door. After i got it working, i finally found it). There should be a number or something distinctive on each door.

Points positifs : Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Appartement ist sauber. Leichtes check in und check out.
Points négatifs : Die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist etwas alt. Dafür ist die Lage toll.
