Perfect, absolutely awesome.

Points positifs : Absolutely the best. The cottage-cor charm and beautiful environment made it feel magical from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. The owners went above and beyond, and I felt truly special celebrating my birthday here. Every detail made it feel warm and personal. 6 minutes to metro.. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be returning!

Points négatifs : Not the owners fault. Note to myself: There are no escalators or lifts at the metro, so carrying suitcases up the steps and dragging was challenging. Next time, I’ll use Bolt for easier access. Also, the toilet is upstairs, which may be less accessible for some.

Heerlijk verblijf op topplek in Parijs!

Points positifs : Locatie!! Echt perfect; midden in Parijs in toffe buurt met veel winkels en restaurants. Begane grond; ook erg fijn. Erg prettige en snelle communicatie met host/eigenaar. Lekker bed en kussen (op vide).

Points négatifs : Slaapbank minder comfortabel en zaten haren op dekbed wat in kast lag (alsof die daar nog lag van de vorige keer). Beneden was het best fris (verwarming hangt op eerste verdieping), met ook koude vloer. Geen verlichting op binnenplaats.

Points positifs : Pretty much everything. The beds, the bathrooms, the rest of the facilities, the cleanliness, the communication with the landlord, check in and check out, everything. Let aside the location which is unmatched.

Points négatifs : It was bitterly cold inside when we entered the apartment. There was an electric heating panel (eventually was proven to be sufficient) that could have been turned on prior to our arrival. Within 2-3 hours, the upper part was OKish, it took one day for the temperature on the ground level to reach above 18 degC.

Very enjoyable stay

Points positifs : We loved everything about this apartment! Clean, spacious, conveniently located. The street is very quiet and yet has plenty of shops and some restaurants. 5 minutes from Notre Dame and subway. I also appreciated it being on the first floor so that we didn’t have to use stairs. Host was pleasant and answered all questions promptly. Hope to be back!

Points négatifs : Wish we could drop off the luggage before standard check in time.

Beautiful place

Points positifs : Beautiful, clean and pretty spacious apartment! Very conveniently situated! Loved that it was on the ground floor and we didn’t have to deal with stairs or tiny elevators. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet street with restaurants and shops. 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame! Hope to be back.
