Points positifs : The location is excellent. The host of the apartment is welcoming, warm, ready to answer any question you may have, with good suggestions for public transport, sights, restaurants, useful things for tourists. The apartment is nicely furnished, has everything you need. High ceilings. Near the apartment there are cafes, restaurants, boutiques, galleries...

Points négatifs : Nothong.

A lovely few days

Points positifs : Location is fabulous. The flat is well laid out with good crockery and a couple of pots and pans, good selection of wine glasses, pretty trinkets and comfortable couch and dining area. Close to museums and good food. We were welcomed with a lovely gift which was greatly appreciated. We noted there wasn’t a toaster and the owners had one delivered to us. Excellent hosting!

Points négatifs : The bathroom has no ventilation and is dank with some mould. Needs a serious scrub down and a fan installed. The noise from the street at midnight can be very loud and the neighbouring flat were able to be heard until we knocked on the wall at 1:30am

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Points positifs : Die Unterkuft hat sehr grossen Charme und liegt sehr zentral im Marais. Hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu viert dort (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Alles top organisiert, gute Tips erhalten. Obwohl die Strasse sehr belebt war, war es drinnen ruhig.

Points négatifs : Nur Details: keine Abluft in Toilette/Dusche - man muss die Tür offen halten, um die Feuchtigkeit herauszubringen. Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

4 giorni perfetti nel Marais

Points positifs : La posizione è perfetta, nel mezzo del Marais. Si scende e ci si trova nel mezzo di alcune delle strade più belle di Parigi. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e accogliente e molto veloce a rispondere ad alcuni dubbi. Per una coppia è un posto perfetto, il letto nel soppalco è molto romantico.

Points négatifs : Noi eravamo in tre e abbiamo dovuto aprire il divano letto che era un po' morbido, ma per il tempo che abbiamo passato in casa la sistemazione è stata perfetta :)

La posizione è eccellente e l’arredamennto del piccolo salottino è molto carino. L’host e molto gentile e disponibile. H

Points positifs : La posizione centrale e molto carino il muro di pietra ed il soffitto con i travi in legno a vista. Host gentilissimo

Points négatifs : Il materasso che era poggiato sopra il soppalco, senza la testata del letto e senza dei veri cuscini per dormire, ma con dei cuscini da divano. Senza aria condizionata e neanche un condizionatore da camera, ma solo ventola a soffitto
