Charming duplex - 1BR-2P - Le Marais

Points positifs : Very good location in a vibrant area, but still very quiet Good communication Flexible

Points négatifs : It was on the third or fourth floor, so a lot of steps, no elevator

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic. It was within an easy walk to public transport, restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and well appointed, very clean and had a beautiful view of Parisian rooftops!

Points négatifs : We did have a problem with the television and internet; however, we were happy for that to be attended to after we left. I would suggest a cutting board and a tea towel for the kitchen. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues as there are many stairs to the front door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it has wetted our appetites for a return visit.

Points positifs : It was our first visit to Paris so we weren't familiar with the various rental areas. We consider we struck it lucky as regards the location. It is an interesting area, conveniently serviced by plenty of public transport, within walking distance of many of the site seeing destinations and provided an abundance of eating options. The apartment was roomy and had all the facilities one could ask for. We were particularly impressed with the recent bathroom renovation. The bed was very comfortable. A special recommendation, the Miznon, directly opposite is a friendly establishment that serves some mouthwatering dishes.

Points négatifs : For a couple of 70 somethings the stairs and the spiral staircase were a challenge, but we were aware of this before we arrived. We had an issue gaining entry to the apartment proper but again this was my fault - I hadn't printed the last entry instruction. A big thank you to Checkmyguest for talking us through this dilemma.

Enjoyable base for a short Paris stay.

Points positifs : Location, comfortable bed, excellent towels, quiet setting, light and airy. Kitchen appliances, heated towel rail, and washing machine were good.

Points négatifs : Sitting area could have more comfortable seating. No water tumblers. No hooks in bathroom. Lighting in stairwell barely adequate.

Points positifs : Excellent location in the Marais, but quiet when we were there during the week. The windows face a small courtyard. Well laid out and good finish to the place. Good communication with the virtual setup and we were able to understand the entry instructions provided to us on the day. Would happily stay here again.

Points positifs : Perfecte locatie en rust in het appartement terwijl het midden in de gezellige wil Le Marais ligt.

Points négatifs : Eigenlijk zo goed als niets! Misschien alleen dat de regendouche er niet helemaal fris uit zag, maar de losse douchekop was prima.

Schönes Apartment in zentrale und ruhiger Lage

Points positifs : Sehr zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Wohnlage mit Fenster zu Innenhof.Gute Ausstattung und Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich, gutes Bad und Heizung. Gutes Internet über WLAN.

Points négatifs : Fenster im Wohnbereich und Bad sanierungsbedürftig.
