Emplacement top pour un court séjour seul ou à deux.

Points positifs : Emplacement au top, proche des stations Metro, des salles de spectacles. Idéal pour un court séjour seul ou à deux. Appartement très fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : L'appartement est très fonctionnel mais tout petit.

Points positifs : Logement situé dans un magnifique quartier. Idéal pour une escapade en amoureux.

Un très chouette endroit et un hôte très disponible.

Points positifs : Le côté vraiment cosy d’un appartement pourtant petit, avec sa jolie mini-chambre en mezzanine. Sa localisation dans un quartier très agréable. La communication écrite avec l’hôte qui a été très réactif et a fourni de nombreuses idées de visites et de restaurants.

Points négatifs : Les problèmes avec le fournisseur d’accès aux chaînes télévisées. Certains voisins un peu trop bruyants la nuit, dans un immeuble ancien où les murs et les plafonds ne sont pas très bien insonorisés…

Points positifs : Appartement bien agencé malgré sa petite taille, localisation exceptionnelle rue des Rosiers, tout est accessible à pieds dans un magnifique quartier de Paris. Dialogue très facile avec les propriétaires et plusieurs conseils bien utiles. Je recommande !

A perfect little apartment for a stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location is perfect. The Marais is such a lovely area and one we'd be keen to visit again. Loads of options for food and shopping and bars. The apartment is small but very cosy and very well equipped. A perfect base for Paris. Really close to the Saint Paul metro which is great for all the sights. Communication from our host was superb and he recommended lots of restaurants and things to do. Gave really clear directions to the apartment from the airport and was very responsive and friendly.

Points positifs : It’s location was the best part of my stay. I had an initial issue with the wifi but it was rectified straight away. I found the Khahn to be very reliable and accommodating whenever l had reason to make contact. A very enjoyable stay.

Points négatifs : It was very small but l got used to it. No issue.

Fabulous Location.

Points positifs : The location of this quirky little apartment is wonderful. You step out of the front door directly on to a busy and vibrant street full of great shops, bars and restaurants. The street is constantly buzzing with life and the atmosphere is brilliant. The whole district has a friendly, exciting and charming feel to it. And if you want to go to Notre Dame it is just a short and enjoyable walk away. There is also very easy access to all of the rest of Paris via the nearby Metro and RER stations.

Points négatifs : This is the smallest apartment I've ever visited. We only stayed here two nights which was fine, but any longer than that would have been very uncomfortable because of the lack of space. If you just need a bed and a shower then this place is ideal but if you like your home comforts, there is no room for them here.
