Appartement très bien placé

Points positifs : Bel appartement au cœur de Paris. Nous étions deux adultes et un ado et avions assez d’espace. Contrairement aux avis antérieurs, aucun problème de wifi de notre côté. Notre concierge a accepté de nous accueillir d’avance pour déposer nos bagages.

Agréable, pratique pour les visites

Points positifs : Bon emplacement de l’appartement est top, restaurants au alentours ainsi une supérette Auchan pratique . L’appartement propre, calme. Le personnel d’accueil est très agréable et donne des explications claires.

Points positifs : Perfect location in Paris, very central to top tourist attractions as well as public transportation to anywhere in the city.

Points positifs : We were welcomed by Hacene who explained us everything about the apartment and the surroundings. The location is ideal for exploring Paris: it is right in the city center, with metro and bus connections just around the corner. We arrived in Paris by car, and it was very convenient to have an underground parking garage literally 20 meters from the apartment’s front door. The price was also reasonable—we paid €130 for a week. The apartment itself is cozy, and the beds are excellent.

Points négatifs : It was difficult to cook in the apartment: the dishwasher did not work (the water wouldn’t heat), and the extractor was also out of order. There was only one frying pan, which was in poor condition—its surface was convex and the non-stick coating was badly damaged.

Points positifs : Romantic apartment in centar of Paris. Very nice, comfortable with everything you need. We enjoyed also in beautiful restorants and famous Cefé in the same street of apartment. So relaxing and richable position but in the same time also tranquil. Very professional Hacene who are dedicated to his work. Big heart for him.

Nice and cosy apartment with excellent location!

Points positifs : Super good location with restaurants, supermarket downstairs and key attractions within 10-15mins walk. Despite being in the bustle, the apartment is tucked away in a courtyard and security is good. Hence, it is not noisy. Apartment is good size with 2 big double beds. Perfect for a family of 4.

Points négatifs : No lift and need to climb 2 storeys up with heavy luggage. Travellers may wish to consider travelling light. The instructions to find the main door of the apartment was not so clear and hence we ended up walking around the area for a while. Key to open apartment door was also a little challenging and took us a good 10mins + some techniques to open.
