Points positifs : L’emplacement est parfait, le nécessaire dans le logement pour y vivre sans problème. L’hôte est très disponible par téléphone si besoin.

Points négatifs : Un peu surpris de ne pas avoir le gel douche.

Points positifs : The property is located in zone 1, where you can find many tourist attractions nearby, such as Musee du Louvre, Musée de l’Orangerie, Musée d’Orsay, Hotel de La Marine, etc. all in walking distances. The property is equipped with cooking appliances and washing machine, whereas you can cook your own meal and wash your clothes. There is a concierge service which you can ask for all kinds of questions, it’s truly helpful for tourists like us.

Points négatifs : The property is located on the 5th floor without lift or escalator, it’s a bit hard for us to carry our luggage with the long staircase.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and also we had to pay a security deposit of €500 which we didn’t realise, it does state on the listing but we didn’t realise so it came as a shock

Points négatifs : Five floors up without a lift can get tiring (but it's good exercise)

Very pleased with our stay and the room was they good and had all we needed.

Points positifs : The location was very central so a nice walk to all corners to visit sites. There’s a few flights of stairs but at the top and looking down the original spiral stair case is amazing.

Points positifs : Super Lage, für Paris war die Größe des Zimmers in Ordnung. Es war sauber und die Treppe war auch ok. Es sind 92 Stufen und dies ist zu schaffen.

Points négatifs : Das Bett ist nicht das bequemste, aber es war OK. Es ist halt eine Schlafcouch.

Wunderbare Tage in Paris

Points positifs : Die ruhige zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Opera Garnier, den Tuilerien. Ein wunderbarer Wochenmarkt gleich um die Ecke. Der Hausflur und die urige Wendeltreppe hinauf zum kleinen, hübschen Appartement im 5.Stock mit nettem Blick auf die Straße. Paris at it‘s best.

Points positifs : La posizione eccellente e la vivacità del quartiere con ristoranti e negozi molto piacevoli. La scala a chiocciola fino al quinto piano è stata un buon esercizio a cui ero ormai disabituata! Quindi una bella esperienza in una città adorabile

Points négatifs : La mancanza della lavastoviglie perché avendo poco spazio per il lavaggio sarebbe stata più comoda della lavatrice che non mi è servita.

Points positifs : The location was perfect - close to where I needed to be, and convenient for Uber and public transport. It had everything I needed - the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had enough space to store what I needed during my stay.

Points négatifs : The lack of elevator and/or other kind of ease of carrying suitcases was definitely a bit of a struggle. I also had a hard time figuring out how the washer/dryer worked... I managed to get it to wash, but could not get it to dry.
