Points positifs : Fantastic location. It is near to everything (to Louvre, to Opera Garnier, to Place Vendome, Place Concord). The area is full of restaurants, boulangerie, super market and everything you need. The fact that there are so many shops around makes you feel very beautiful and safe. The apartment has everything you will need. We are a family of four members and we had everything we need. The owner (Steve) was very friendly and helpful.

Points positifs : The location is perfect, nice and quiet building, the apartment is very stylish and clean. Check in was very convenient! The host is great, helpful and so easy to communicate! We just loved our stay and definitely recommend the place!

Points positifs : Det var en perfekt lägenhet för två vuxna och två barn (om än lite trångt) men läget var väldigt centralt och värden otroligt tillmötesgående.

Points positifs : Отличное месторасположение недалеко от Лувра. Рядом с домом много кафе, где можно поесть и магазин Ашан. Квартира небольшая -спальня и кухня студия , санузел. с душевой кабинкой. Было все самое необходимое . Квартира на 2 этаже. Лестница узкая ,но чемоданы мы занесли , помогая друг другу. Хозяин был очень внимательный, интересовался-нужна ли нам помощь. Мы отлично провели 3 дня в Париже.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris and would recommend the apartment for no more than 2 guests!

Points positifs : It was clean and in a good location- easy to walk for coffee and shopping. Loves the big fluffy towels and the towel warmer! Steeve was very responsive to our questions!!

Points négatifs : The stairs are pretty difficult when carrying 50lb suitcases. A couple of little things would have made the stay much better….facecloths for the bathroom, larger wastebaskets, a box of tissues.

Points positifs : Apartment with full kitchen, clothes washing and dryer. Excellent location, and even in the square, numerous restaurants and bars.

Points négatifs : The apartment is a one floor walk up and the a/c is a portable type (albeit the largest one I have ever seen).
