Merveil - Family Suite - Marais - Sebastopol III

Je ne regrette pas d’avoir loué cet appartement

Points positifs : L emplacement de l appartement au centre de Paris : nous avons tout à proximité :métro, parking souterrain, resto. La literie est très confortable. Belle superficie Les instructions pour l arrivée sont claires.

Points négatifs : La salle de bain est très petite. Les wc ont besoin d être refait, la petite fenêtre qui donne sur une cours intérieure ne se ferme pas( pas de pb de sécurité car il existe une grille)

Court séjour avant un vol à l’international. Parfait pour se retrouver en famille.

Points positifs : L’emplacement et l’insonorisation malgré l’axe passant.

Points négatifs : Les toilettes et la salle de bain qui donnent sur la cuisine.

Points positifs : L’emplacement, la déco, les équipements, le 1er étage accessible facilement sans ascenseur. Proximité de restaus bars cafés supérette boutiques stations de métro. Au croisement de plusieurs arrondissements très sympas. On reviendra !

Points négatifs : Un poil compliqué de devoir transmettre une fois la réservation faite : les documents d’identité, le formulaire de Check in, le paiement de la taxe de séjour, l’empreinte bancaire de caution … si on passe par booking c’est justement pour éviter cet aspect paperasse et charge mentale. On aimerait réserver en un clic. C’est vraiment la seule ombre au tableau car nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Points positifs : The Location is excellent.. felt very safe. Shops and restaurants near by. Close to Metro for ease or easy to walk around to lots of attractions to explore. Fab views and very comfortable beds. Clean and nice.. would recommend. We travelled to Euro Disney from here for 2 days of our stay and it's around 1hour on the metro very easy.

Points négatifs : The toilet could do with a spruce up but not terrible at all

Points positifs : The apartment was clean, maybe area in toilet could do with a spruce up, but otherwise it was fine. Plenty of linen and towels provided. Great area. Keeping in touch with staff was easy and they were very helpful. All in all a good experience.

Excellent location

Points positifs : The apartment is located in an ideal location near shops restaurants and most importantly metro and rail. You can get the train from the airport to a stop in West Fields shopping center which is just around the corner. Also within walking distance of lots of the sights. Very comfortable apartment and very good communication with the owners.

Points négatifs : Just a small thing could have done with a few bowls for cereal or soup otherwise very well equipped.

Points positifs : Great location in the centre of Paris. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc close by. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the instructions for entering were clear and concise.

Clean and Modern

Points positifs : The apartment was easy to locate as the host gave clear instructions. The place itself was very clean and modern. The location was great as well.

Points négatifs : The bathroom was a bit small but not a major issue.

Points positifs : Perfect apartment for a small group of friends or family to enjoy the Marais and all that Paris has to offer. It has a modern bright interior with a lovely open plan living and kitchen space, good shower and separate toilet, comfortable beds and all the extra household elements you need for a holiday stay. The location is perfect, set in a buzzing young neighborhood with lots of great cafes and restaurants within a few steps, a small supermarket across the street and a choice of metro stops within walking distance. The meet up for the keys was an easy and pleasant exchange. Overall one of the best apartments I have stayed in Paris. Thank you.
