Appartement au calme, très bien placé, idéal pour une visite en famille de 3 ou 4 personnes

Points positifs : le calme de la résidence, le confort de la litterie, l'écoute du propriétaire pour nous permettre d'être le plus à l'aise possible, la proximité des bouches de métro en plein coeur du quartier du marais.

Points négatifs : il manquait des équipements, que le propriétaire a su ajouter rapidement pour assurer notre confort.

Points positifs : Cozy, located close to everything, comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious and functional. Our host Daniel went above and beyond to assist our needs Very quiet location as in a residential building with central courtyard. We are Australian, so her English was good for communication. Highly recommend this studio apartment.

Points négatifs : Feel bad to say, but there was a bit of mould in the lovely newly renovated bathroom. Not Daniel's fault, as l know she hires a cleaner. Her cleaning needs to get onto this. Otherwise, every think else was spotless. Still we were absolutely happy with our choice.

Convenient 3rd floor apartment near Le Marias in Paris

Points positifs : This is a small 3rd floor studio apartment with two beds near Le Marias in downtown Paris. It's an excellent location for seeing the city. The host 'Daniel' is very helpful and responsive. There is a tiny elevator for brining up baggage plus a spiral staircase. Excellent bathroom and small kitchen area. We would book again.

Points positifs : Location is very central to tourist attractions, restaurants and public transport. The unit is great value for money and quite spacious and modern. The host is really wonderful.

Points négatifs : Would advise rather to put a keycode at the door of the unit, rather than to hand over a key - if one locks the key inside the apartment there is no building reception to help opening the door like in a hotel, and one would have to try and reach the host via phone to come and open for you. Can be a little bit noisy when other people in the building have load music etc, but it helps to close the bathroom door in such cases.

Points négatifs : Expensive in comparison to other options we looked at but you pay for the location and modern facilities in this apartment!

In a word - recommended!

Points positifs : Great apartment in a beautiful, cozy, center. Windows overlook the courtyard, so no street noise. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, delicious bakery across the street. You can walk to the Louvre, other attractions are not far away. Also close to the metro. The apartment is not large, but cozy. Everything for a comfortable stay is there. Very comfortable big beds. Interesting design, in which everything says that you are in Paris. Clean, neat, beautiful apartment, which was nice to return to every evening. Very friendly hosts. In a word - recommended!
