A charming and well-located stay that felt like home.

Points positifs : Perfect stay for a family of four. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Notre-Dame and the Louvre. The neighborhood is lively and filled with excellent bars and restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location is great…walking distance to bakery, cafes, bistros & attractions….a very neat neighborhood. Daniel the host is very nice & helpful. The apartment was spacious & comfortable for our family of three.

Points négatifs : The elevator was under maintenance during our stay & we didn’t enjoy walking up & down 6 flights of steps every day. We were aware of the issue prior to our stay so we can’t blame anyone but ourselves for being so out of shape. The bathroom is quite small & looking tired, it will need some upkeep soon. Also I didn’t like the washer/dryer combo as the clothes never come out dry. It would be nice to have a clothing rack in the apartment to dry the clothes.

Cute little apartment. Perfect location. Perfect for three people.

Points positifs : The apartment was wonderfully designed. A little touch touches made all the difference. Cute decor. Very cozy. It was our first time to Paris and the location couldn’t have been better.

Points négatifs : Stairs and the elevator were a little uncomfortable, but very doable. We have never experienced a tiny elevator. And walking to the sixth floor is not the easiest. One of us has poor knees. But it felt like an adventure riding it each time. This is our first time experience luggage storage. Wishful thinking on our part would be to have a later check up. The luggage storage made us nervous. But it all worked out in the end.

Points positifs : Great location! Has a small lift but 3 people can squeeze in easily or a person with large suitcase.

Points positifs : Posizione. Appartamento ben arredato, confortevole. Letti comodi. Doccia spaziosa.

Points négatifs : Qualche piccola manutenzione da fare. Pochi accessori in cucina. Solo 4 capsule di caffè.

Odlična lokacija i jako ljubazan domaćin.

Points positifs : Lokacija, jednostavnost check-ina, ljubazan domaćin. Klima i za hladnije dane. Nesspresso aparat za kavu i kave za prvi dan…

Points négatifs : Hladan pod, a zaboravili smo papuče 😅 bilo bi super da je još malo vise casa na raspolaganju. Nedostajao nam je neki podložak u kupaoni, malo deblji ručnik ili sl.

Reasonable place for a family; close to key attractions!

Points positifs : This property has good location! It was comfortable for a family of four; Appreciated the washing machine; Air conditioned :-)

Points négatifs : Bathroom had an old building ‘sewage’ smell that was a bit annoying :-(

Sehr gute Lage!

Points positifs : Die Lage ist wunderbar. Ganz nah an der métro und an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wunderbar und sicher wohnen im 6. Stock!

Points négatifs : Uns hat alles gefallen.

Points positifs : Ausgezeichnete Lage, Ile de France 10min Fußweg entfernt, Metro-Station um die Ecke. Supermarkt, Bäckereien und viele andere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Lift, ausreichende Größe, Küche gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Persönlicher check-in, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Sweet, clean apartment, conveniently located in Marais, with all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay.

Points positifs : Convenient location! It’s a sweet apartment that worked perfectly for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage sons who shared a bed). It is clean and bright. Appreciated having Nespresso and tea available, plus a bottle of water. We enjoyed looking at the books in the apt. It was great to have a washing machine.

Points négatifs : There was a slight mildew odor that came from a storage closet. The king size bed has an odd lump in the middle. I slept comfortably on my side, but could not be in the middle where I preferred to be closer to my husband.
