Sur les toits de Paris ‘comme à la maison’
Points positifs : Appartement au calme , tres chaleureux et très agréable pour y séjourner , je dirais en résumé « comme à la maison » . De plus Bien situé entre Bastille et Gare de Lyon. Son propriétaire Ferdinand est disponible et réactif pour répondre à vos message . Sans aucun doute je recommande et je reviendrai.

Appartement au calme et meublé avec une vraie personnalité.
Points positifs : Appartement très bien agencé, lumineux, très calme, meublé et décoré avec goût et personnalité, il y règne une atmosphère très agréable et chaleureuse. Présence d’un lave vaisselle, d’une machine à laver et de nombreux équipements pour cuisiner.
Points négatifs : Le matelas pas à notre goût. A savoir : l’appartement est au 5e etage sans ascenseur, il n’y a pas de télévision.

A beautiful and inspiring apartment in an ideal location
Points positifs : I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was beautiful, filled with old posters and books and well stocked with non perishable food like rice. It had a lovely view across the rooftops, and felt like a Parisian dream. The location could not have been better also, right in the middle of the 11th with bars and nice restaurants nearby. Also only about 10-15 minutes walk to a metro. The host, Ferdinand, was very generous and attentive and explained how to access the apartment clearly. In my view this apartment was also great value for money. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Points négatifs : My two (small) complaints were the lock on the door to the apartment being a little bit finicky, and the apartment got very hot in the late summer days. Both were easily remedied, the apartment had three fans and windows which could be easily opened/ curtains which could be closed.

Points positifs : Wonderful athmosphere, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and good location. A true gem!

Esperienza eccezionale
Points positifs : La casa è bella e completa di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno lungo di 2 persone. Ci sono tutti gli strumenti di cui si può aver bisogno, è pulita e host è gentile e disponibile. Wifi, riscaldamento, pressione dell'acqua e elettricità funzionano perfettamente e ci sono tante finestre. La posizione dell'alloggio in città è comoda per tutti gli spostamenti e il quartiere è bello e ha tutti i negozi/ristoranti che possono servire.

Underbart boende i Paris!
Points positifs : Jag och min dotter hade de bästa dagarna i Ferdinands lägenhet i Paris. Alla bekvämligheter fanns, underbar utsikt, läget är perfekt och en väldigt fin och mysig Paris-lägenhet. Kommunikationen med Ferdinand var otroligt smidig och vi kände oss välkomna.

Points positifs : Amazing little flat, absolutely perfect for a getaway trip for two! I was shocked at how spacious it was, it was also on the 5th floor but it was the tallest flat that came with an amazing view!!! We fell in love with the flat and cannot wait to come back! The location is also absolutely amazing. There is a cafe across the street and a bar right next door. The area is bustling at night and it is an AMAZING food scene! Lots of very nice gastronomy places near by. Would recommend mokochoya for breakfast! And Louie Louie for amazing pizza at night or mokoloco with rotating culinary students producing amazing meals!!! We already booked our next stay here after our first night! Cannot wait to be back. Host was very responsive, very clean home, non-smoking. Fully stocked kitchen, amazing shower!!!
Points négatifs : Nothing!!! It is on the 5th floor so keep mobility in mind when booking. No elevator.
