Overall, not too bad, especially when you compare prices in the neighborhood. Would visit again.

Points positifs : Best location!!!, typical Parisian townhouse, best ceiling solution, you can enjoy the view of the Parisian sky:))) very important, Best value for money!!!

Points négatifs : Getting into the apartment is not easy, there are many narrow steps without lighting, you can easily break a leg or arm.The entire building is filled with the smell of food, The sink is a bit inconvenient, water flows out which is uncomfortable, the kitchen equipment is a bit outdated

Points positifs : Very bright and cosy apartment, comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighbourhood is great, with many restaurants and small fun shops, we spent hours just walking around. There's also a food market a few mornings a week just across the street. The Notre Dame and the Pantheon are just a few minutes walk away.

Points négatifs : Be aware that this is a typical.Parisiam townhouse. That means six flights of narrow stairs and some very low ceiling beams. In the main apartment it's fine, but the tall guys in our party bumped their heads quite a few times 😉

Points positifs : A localização é excelente e ser um apartamento antigo, mas completamente renovado. Tem uma ótima localização, muito perto de supermercado, cafés e Notre Dame. Ficar hospedado naquela zona tem outro encanto.

Points négatifs : Embora sejam típicas as escadas custavam a subir. A máquina do café não funcionava.

Points positifs : Posizione ottima e appartamento molto carino e spazioso per gli standard parigini.

Points négatifs : Due termosifoni non funzionavano, la macchina del caffè non funziona e, la porta della camera non si chiudeva. Pochissime pentole, 1 solo rotolo di cartigenica già iniziato, non tovaglioli né tovagliette, non sapone né shampoo.
