Para pocos días está bien.

Points positifs : Nos gustó la cocina y el salón, cierto que al ser un grupo nos quedó pequeño el espacio, pero todo bien. Y la ubicación está bien hay transporte cerca.

Points négatifs : Las escaleras de la entrada son muy empinadas y la puerta tiene la cerradura estaba como vieja, la verdad fue un poco bajón entrar por esa puerta y ver las escaleras, no quiere uno subir por ahí, pero bueno es seguro porque hay doble cerradura y doble puerta para acceder. El segundo día hubo una pelea en el edificio de en frente y nos sentimos un poco más seguros al saber que estábamos encerrados por esas dos puerta y las escaleras difíciles de subir.

Points positifs : Tiene cerca varias paradas de metro y un parque precioso, además de supermercados y restaurantes. Es un estudio pequeño con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en París. Sus anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de atender cualquier consulta en todo momento.

Points négatifs : El colchón del sofá es algo incómodo y la escalera de acceso está muy inclinada, pero eso ya lo sabíamos antes de ir. Nosotras no tuvimos problema pero no es accesible para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Live like a Parisian in this cute apartment in an even cuter neighborhood

Points positifs : Excellent place to stay. Yes, the “stairs” (elaborate ladder?) are a bit much to traverse up, but you’ll make it. I’ve been told that stairs (and Parisian apartments) like these are typical; not much you can do about it, so suck it up and haul your gear up. You want to rent an apartment and experience living like a Parisian? That’s what you’ll get with this place. Great bonus that they have a Nespresso machine! If you run out of coffee pods and need anything else, the Carrefour is literally down the stairs. The neighborhood is fantastic. Quiet, not a lot of tourists (I’m sure we were the only ones), and a cute neighborhood that can bustle like the rest. You can throw a stone and find great boulangeries, but we loved Pagnol down the street on the way to Jaurès Metro. With that, the Jaurès station is about 6 or 7 minute walk and can take you anywhere; Montmartre is about 20 minutes. We would stay here again.

Points négatifs : It’s hard to say something we “didn’t like”, but yea, the stairs are something, as well as the front door “foyer” is a bit tight as well. Again, not much can be done about that.
