Points positifs : A wonderful little Parisian studio apartment with an incredible view of the Pantheon. You can feel like a real local here. The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly. The flat is very clean, compact and cute. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris is located near the apartment. A special plus is the view from the window. You can just stand by it and admire this wonderful city. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to charming Paris.

Good short stay for young or one person. Our stay was not comfortable but was ok. Great host!

Points positifs : The host is responsive, allowed early check in since it was not rented night before, great host ! I very much appreciated that. The location is great, near Notre Dame and metro. Nice to have a mini kitchen, bar size square refrigerator. Has a small elevator up to the sixth floor. Has a washer if needed. Good for a short stay and if you don't mind the small space and climbing a ladder to the loft (bed).

Points négatifs : It was very small. Host DID say it was small (Did not hide that) There were a few issues that can be fixed. To expand on the small space: You have to go up a ladder to get to the bed (loft). There is not enough room for 2 people to sit down. One has to sit on the step stool (goes up to the bathroom) and other can sit on the 2 person couch (that only one person can sit on because the ladder to the loft is in the way. A ladder could be built to remedy this and would make a much more usable space -- The stair ladder up to the loft takes up too much space as it is -- L shaped stairs could be built. would be great. -- Basically, and I recommend it for a short stay, for younger people (unless you don't mind the climb up to the loft). But know it is very small. The photos do not really show how small it is. Up the stairs to the loft is a full bed, not bad but if the mattress was an inch or two thicker, it would help. All in all it is a pretty good value for the location and if you understand it is very small. Host is very nice and helpful and provides a very nice welcome book with good information. So, if the stairs to the loft were improved I would give it a 9. As long as you understand the small space and the loft it is a 7 or 8.
