Excellent position, quiet and comfortable

Points positifs : Wonderful position in the centre of Paris, just near the Seine and the metro station of Chatelet. The flat is very big and comfortable, bright and with a nice view. Despite being on a busy road, is very quiet thanks to the double gazed windows (both in the rooms over the road and in the room overlooking the internal part of the building). The cleaning woman was very kind and welcomed us.

Points négatifs : Everything was fine to us, but some hosts may have difficulties for the first steps before the elevator (there is half floor to get to the lift), and pay attention to the flushes because they tend to get clogged.

Points positifs : The apartment is located in a very live location with shops and restaurants all over the streets. The self check in process was very smooth, eventhing was given prior to arrival. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious and the same as in the photos and even better.

Location accogliente in una posizione strategica

Points positifs : La posizione, lo stile, la vista sulla Tour Saint Jacques, gli spazi generosi vi hanno permesso di trascorrere una splendida vacanza con tutte le comodità di una casa accogliente.

Points négatifs : Strada sottostante un po' rumorosa (ma perdonabile vista la posizione). Sulla pulizia si potrebbe fare meglio.

location, location and location is the name of the game.

Points positifs : location was great and there was an elevator that took us to the 4th floor which was very accommodating.

Points négatifs : Nobody came to show us into the apartment, as we were told by mail. It took over an hour and after numerous calls till they finally sent us the codes so we could get into the building and into the flat!!!!! It was very annoying after a long flight and all the luggage to have to wait so long to get a proper response after many phone calls to finally get into the apartment.
